First, the glory and humiliation of Tang Xuanzong's half-life made many people sigh. The reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty was the heyday of the Tang Dynasty. Once a thing reaches its peak, it will inevitably fall in the downward direction. Even a dynasty cannot avoid this historical trend. Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty created a prosperous time for the Tang Dynasty with his own ability and wisdom. However, in the later period of his rule, he indulged in the joy of the real world, trusted those treacherous officials, and failed to see through the true face of the Anshi rebellion, which led to the outbreak of the Anshi rebellion.
Secondly, Bai Juyi's poem "Song of Eternal Sorrow" written during Maweipo incident must be familiar to everyone. This poem was used by Bai Juyi to describe the love story between Li Longji and Yang Guifei in Tang Dynasty. And this Mawei slope is a terrible place to ruin their love. After the Anshi Rebellion broke out, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty fled to Maweigang with his beloved Princess Yang Yuhuan, and there was a mutiny here. I don't know if someone is behind the scenes, but it's just a rebellion. However, Yang, the accompanying prime minister, was killed by angry soldiers. In order to protect himself, the Tang Dynasty gave up love and forced the imperial concubine to commit suicide.
Third, the miserable life of Li Longji Since the Mayipo incident, the life of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty has also begun to move towards a miserable situation. How brilliant was his first half, and how miserable was his second half? There are two completely different situations in his life. I don't know how Tang Xuanzong spent the rest of his life without his beloved Yang Guifei. In the end, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty was reviled by the world and had to give up the throne and become the emperor's father. Finally, Li Longji of the Tang Dynasty died in 762 in the Dragon Hall in Chang 'an and was buried in Tailing.
