Ancient frontier poems and their authors

Liangzhou song

Don William Wang

Wine luminous glass, want to drink pipa right away.

Drunk lying on the battlefield, you don't laugh, there have been several wars in ancient times.

First, rhyme translation.

Newly brewed wine, full of luminous glasses; Just want to drink heartily, immediately pipa remind.

Please don't laugh even if you are drunk on the battlefield;

How many men have come back alive since ancient times?

Second, the evaluation

Liangzhou is located in Wuwei, Gansu Province, which belongs to Longyou Road in the Tang Dynasty. The music is mostly mixed with the Hu Yin of Kuqa (now Kuqa, Xinjiang) country in the western regions. Guo Zhiyun, the commander-in-chief of Longyou in the Tang Dynasty, presented Liangzhou music scores to Xuanzong during the Kaiyuan period and immediately became popular. Many poets write Liangzhou songs and words according to the music composition to express the frontier customs. This shows that the Tang people absorbed, digested and innovated foreign cultures with an indifferent attitude, and they were rich and powerful. Grapes were introduced into the Central Plains from the Western Regions in the Han Dynasty, but the wine-making atmosphere in the Tang Dynasty was still dominated by the Western Regions. The luminous cup is said to be made of white jade in Zhou Muwang era, hence the name "Bright Night Photo". This cup of wine, and there is such a Alakazam-filled riding pipa performance, several distinct images set each other off, making the drinking in the border military camp colorful and touching. Even if you are drunk and lying on the battlefield, don't make fun-this is not just a slightly drunk remark, but also a painful but liberating life experience. How many people do you think survived the ancient war? Since life is picked up from the battlefield, we might as well watch it more, live smartly, and let it experience its tragic glory in wine, strange cups and Le Hu. Facing the vast battlefield and Hu Feng's banquet, this poem also has the luxury and unrestrained feeling of Tang Dynasty for the experience of war and entertainment, life and death.

Three. Brief introduction of the author

William Wang (AD 687-726), a frontier poet in Tang Dynasty, was born in Jinyang, Bingzhou. William Wang, a contemporary of Wang Changling, is a rare talented poet. There are only 14 poems in the whole Tang Dynasty. Jinshi, give me an honest suggestion and transfer captain Changle. Re-put forward the super-category and call it secretary orthography. "To mind other people's business, to drive others. As Ruzhou with a long history, don't drive in Zhouxian.

"Liangzhou Ci" is the lyrics of Liangzhou Song, not the title of a poem, but the title of a popular song in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Wang Zhihuan and William Wang are famous for their poems. The former describes the magnificent and desolate frontier fortress scenery and expresses the tragic feelings of the soldiers guarding the frontier. The latter wrote the scene of soldiers drinking and having fun in a bold style, which has a strong color of frontier fortress barracks.
