Two poems from the Fortress·One
Dynasty: Tang Dynasty
Author: Wang Changling
Original text:
The bright moon of the Qin Dynasty passed the Han Dynasty, and the people who marched thousands of miles have not yet returned.
But the flying generals of Dragon City are here, and Huma is not taught to cross the Yin Mountain.
During the Tang Dynasty, the Huns' cavalry repeatedly invaded the Central Plains. The border areas were constantly war-torn, and the people had no stable life. In this context, the poet hopes to appoint Li Guang, a good general, to swear to fight the Xiongnu to the end, defend the border and quell the border fortress, so that the people can live a stable life.
