What kind of scene does this poem describe?

The poem "One Sail, One Paddle, One Fishing Boat" describes a distant and quiet fishing picture. On a moonlit autumn night, a fisherman was sitting on a flat boat by the river, and suddenly the fish took the bait. The fisherman picked up the fishing rod and leaned over again. A fish was dragged out of the water, and the fisherman was busy, giving out a series of hearty laughter ... There was a scene in the poem. The word "one" in the whole poem is full of fun.

It's from a poem written by Chen Ling in Qing Dynasty:

A sail, a paddle, a fishing boat, a fisherman and a hook.

a bow and a smile make a bright moon and autumn.

Translation:

On the misty blue waves, there is a fishing boat that sails but someone is paddling, and an old man is sitting alone fishing.

I leaned forward and relaxed, and I sang a fishing song happily. I looked around and saw the bright moon as the head and autumn colors all over the river.

Appreciation:

This poem was written during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. The poet Chen Ling went to Huangzhou to have a provincial examination to select a juren and seek fame. Just arrived at the bank of Bahe River, unfortunately, the ferry just left the shore, and the boat was already full of scholars from all over the country.

The whole poem describes that on the vast blue waves of smoke, far away, a fishing boat came to paddle, and the fisherman was full of joy when he caught the fish with a hook. It's a blue sky, the bright moon is at the head, and autumn is all over the river. The four short poems are full of scenery and emotion, vivid and colorful, with characters and actions, depicting colorful fishing pictures, full of poetry and painting, which are memorable and inexhaustible.
