Cixi's birthday poems

This poem is: "Parents are the truest in the world, and tears and blood are dissolved into the child's body. Work hard to become a child, and pity the inheritance. " The last sentence, "Poor people bear the wind", is indeed read by everyone. In fact, it can be seen from this poem that Cixi had some filial piety to her parents in her early years, but later she fell out of power.

Cixi was very popular with Emperor Xianfeng at that time, and was made an aristocrat as soon as she entered the palace. Later, Emperor Xianfeng was in poor health and asked her to read the paper instead. Although it doesn't conform to etiquette, Cixi does have her own opinions. After a long time, she also knows more about the things in court. This was the beginning of her ambition and one of the reasons why she was able to run China for half a century.

Later, when the emperor died, the true face of Cixi was exposed. She staged a coup and listened to politics. It can be said that Empress Dowager Cixi has been participating in the draft and began to compete for favor. She gave birth to Xianfeng's only son, the later Tongzhi Emperor. With the virtue of her mother, she became Empress Dowager Cixi and killed Empress Ci 'an, who had been in power for nearly half a century.

Cixi experienced five emperors in her life: Daoguang, Xianfeng, Tongzhi, Guangxu and Xuantong. Daoguang is Cixi's father-in-law, Cixi is his daughter-in-law, Cixi married Xianfeng and gave birth to her only son, namely Tongzhi Emperor, Guangxu was Cixi's adopted son, and Xuan Tong was Cixi's grandson. Her favorite eunuch is Li, and there are many stories about Li in later generations. It is worth mentioning that Li's address to Cixi is "Lafayette", which has been passed down to this day.
