Eight rites and four instruments reciting formula

The formula for reciting the Eight Rites and Four Instruments: Wash your hair frequently, take a bath frequently, and your hair and body have no peculiar smell. There is no dirt under the nails. Don't poke your nose and ears in public. Change clothes, shoes and socks frequently. Keep the instrument clean, keep the instrument clean and upright.
