The idiom "talented people" was originally used to describe Cao Zhi. Xie Lingyun, a writer in the Southern Song Dynasty, once commented that "there is only one stone in the world, and Cao Zijian dominates eight fights".
Cao Pi's painting style is quite atmospheric, full of rivers and mountains. There are often swords and shadows in his poems, and his calmness highlights his delicate feelings. Ge Yanxing is the earliest extant seven-character poem of literati in China.
