2. The works must use special paper for painting and calligraphy, and the width of the banner or vertical width is not less than 68cm. The banner or vertical width of hard-pen calligraphy works shall not be less than 34cm.
3. The submitted works must be original and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
4. Everyone is limited to calligraphy or painting works, and must sign.
5. The submitted works can be files in JPG and JPEG formats, and the file size should be controlled at 2 ~ 6M. The system larger than 6m does not accept uploading, and the file is named after the name of the work.
6. The finalist must provide the original (not mounted) to the organizing committee for re-evaluation and final evaluation.
