The first view: Uncle is greedy. In our life, there are always people who do some incredible things for the benefit. Perhaps they clearly know that their actions are wrong, but in order to get high profits, they will still choose to go their own way.
I think this uncle has the same idea. I know exactly what will happen if this overfishing happens.
But after seeing the benefits of snails, these consequences are forgotten. If uncle didn't realize that his behavior was wrong, he wouldn't sail away when he saw the police.
The second view: the awareness of environmental protection and law is weak. It can be seen from this incident that there are still many people in life who have a very weak awareness of environmental protection. Perhaps in the eyes of these people, the quality of the environment is not directly related to them.
And they don't realize that their actions have violated the law, and once they are investigated, they will face very serious punishment.
Snails have now become national protected animals, and overfishing will inevitably be severely punished.
