What do the three hugs in Mu Dan's praise mean?

The first verse of this poem repeats "hug" three times. The first time was "They hugged me quietly", the second time was "I want to hug you with everything" and the third time was "I want to hug you with blood-stained hands". Three hugs is not a simple repetition. The subject of the first "hug" is the motherland, and the mountains and rivers of the motherland and the people embrace "I". In the calm narrative, it reflects the sincere feelings that the motherland and the poet are inextricably linked. The subject of the second hug is "I". This time, the emotional psychological energy is greatly enhanced than the first passive feeling. The third time, although the subject of "hug" is still "I", the intensity of feelings has spiraled to the extreme. As Mr Fan Meizhong said, it is a "strong and sincere emotion from the inner soul of life". Of course, such feelings are based on the poet's extreme heart.
