Jingting Mountain is located in the northern suburb of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, formerly known as Zhao Ting. In the early Jin Dynasty, in order to avoid the emperor's taboo, it was renamed Jingting Mountain. It belongs to the branch of Huangshan Mountain, stretching for more than ten miles. There are 60 peaks, the main peak is called "One Peak", with an altitude of 317m. "The mountain is not high, but there are immortals." South Qishu's "Visiting Jingting Mountain" and Li Bai's "Sitting alone in Jingting Mountain" in the Tang Dynasty made Jingting Mountain famous all over the world. Later, Bai Juyi, Du Mu, Han Yu, Liu Yuxi, Wang Wei, Meng Haoran, Li Shangyin, Yan Zhenqing, Wei, Lu Guimeng, Su Dongpo, Mei, Tang Xianzu, Shi, Du Mu, etc. visited the temple, wrote poems, painted and took notes. Shi Tao, a monk who painted in the Qing Dynasty, was stationed at Guangjiao Temple at the foot of Jingting Mountain to respect the scenery. China has sung thousands of poems, essays, ci poems and paintings throughout the ages. Jingting Mountain is known as the "Poetry Mountain in the South of the Yangtze River" and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, General Chen Yi led his troops eastward through Xuancheng and improvised a poem entitled "From Xuancheng to the East": "Jingting Mountain is soft, and the rain sounds like sleepwalking. Is the soul of Li Xie's poetry still alive today? The lake light has been broken for thousands of years. "
