What is the best self? At last year's tea party, I spoke on behalf of the reading club: the best self is alive and blooming. We expect that because we meet a wonderful reading club, everyone can be the best of themselves.
3. Thinking about the New Year: Since August of 20 18, the reading club has experienced more than 60 periods of +3 1. I remember when the reading club was just established, the president of the Women's Federation said: I hope every compatriot who enters the reading club can grow up and gain happiness. The literature teacher also believes that the reading club will definitely let everyone gain what they want most. The construction, development or innovation of reading club should be a process of continuous evolution, which has no end. The evolution factors mainly include the following points: the diversity and development of book friends, the development of reading clubs and lecture halls, the influence and communication power of reading clubs, and the ecological and social development of reading clubs. But fundamentally speaking, the physical and mental development of book friends is our most important foundation for change, but it is also the most easily overlooked. If someone asks me what kind of reading club is the ideal reading club, what is the final judgment basis? I think the most important criterion is that every book friend who enters the book club gets the maximum physical and mental development.
2. The ultimate vision of the book club is to ensure every book club's right to learn, grow and feel happy. And we must first really understand everyone, not just the overall concept of a book club. This is the first challenge that every manager, organizer or planner has to face: it is very difficult to really know and understand every book friend. From the early reading club, there are many valuable experiences and things worth inheriting and developing, and of course there are some places that can be improved. To change the present situation of fixed lecture hall, we can start from the following three aspects: creating a warm and moist interactive relationship, creating fair and shared learning opportunities, and pursuing high-quality real learning and deep reading. The first two aspects mainly emphasize openness and democracy, and the third aspect emphasizes Excellence, which is also the embodiment of the three philosophical foundations of reading classics. These three aspects must be done at the same time in order to highlight the effect of reading club. Learning * * * is not a rigid model, but an idea and method. To realize this kind of reading club, we need a series of strategies, but these strategies are not fixed and unique, but each management colleague needs to make professional judgments according to the learning needs and real situation of book friends.
