Tang Wei Yingwu

lives alone in the secluded grass stream, where orioles are singing in the deep trees.

The spring tide brings rain late and comes in a hurry, and no one crosses the river in the wild.

Note

1. Chuzhou: It is to the west of Chuzhou, Anhui Province. Xijiang: In the west of Chuzhou, the common name is Shangmahe.

2. Lonely pity: only like it. Youcao: the grass in the valley. Quiet, a "Fang". Health: a "line".

Author

Wei Yingwu (737 ~ 792) was a poet in the Tang Dynasty. Han nationality, Chang 'an (now Xi 'an, Shaanxi) people. Since the age of 15, Sanweilang has been the near attendant of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty, going in and out of the palace and traveling with Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty. In his early years, he was unrestrained and rampant in the countryside, and his fellow villagers thought that he was suffering from disaster. Since the Anshi Rebellion, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty fled, lost his job, and began to aspire to study, often "burning incense and sweeping the floor". During the period from Guangde, Tang Daizong to Zhenyuan, Tang Dezong, he successively served as Luoyang Cheng, Jing Zhaofu Gongcao to join the army, Hubei county magistrate, Biebu Yuanwailang, Chuzhou and Jiangzhou secretariat, Zuosi Langzhong and Suzhou secretariat. Zhenyuan retired in seven years. The world is called Wei Jiangzhou, Wei Zuosi or Wei Suzhou. Wei Yingwu is an idyllic poet, and later generations are called "Wang Meng Wei Liu". The poetic style is bleak and lofty, and it is famous for being good at writing scenery and describing secluded life. Wei Yingwu's poetry creation is the greatest achievement. His poems are mostly about landscapes and pastoral areas, which are beautiful and leisurely, and sometimes show resentment in peace. Poems that reflect the sufferings of the people are quite sympathetic. He is a poet with high artistic achievements in the middle Tang Dynasty. There are ten volumes of Wei Jiangzhou Collection, two volumes of Wei Suzhou Poetry Collection and ten volumes of Wei Suzhou Collection. There is only one prose left.
