Wei Yun is a river of light, with raindrops and phoenix trees.

Wei Yun, Hehan, Shuyu and Wu Tong are all common things. The poet skillfully connects these four objects with two verbs, forming a quiet autumn night picture. The words "light" and "drop" are the eyes in the poem, which play the role of making the finishing point.
Wang Shiyuan's Preface to Meng Haoran's Collection says:
(Haoran) Wandering in the secret province, the autumn moon is new, and Zhu Zuoshi. Hao Ran said, "Wei Yun is a light river man with sparse raindrops." If the seat is lifted, it will be clear, and the pen of Xiange will not continue.
The reason why his two poems stand out from the crowd is that they show his own realm of life.
The ancients said, "Poetry expresses ambition, but songs never speak." True poetry is to express one's ambition and life realm.
The moon is clear, and the sky is slightly dotted with some clouds, which makes the galaxy look a little hazy and adds a bit of charm;
Scattered raindrops, dripping on the leaves of plane trees in clear autumn, made a beep sound, telling the sadness of this clear autumn night.
