I am an apple. What are the rules in the first, third and fifth sections?

The same poem appears repeatedly at the beginning, middle and end of the poem. According to "I am an Apple", I am the richest man with imaginative and melodious lyrics. With the expression of "interval repetition", I recited "I am an apple, I am a small and red apple" three times, in the first, third and fifth sections respectively, which not only made the whole poem echo from beginning to end, but also made the whole paragraph basically consistent.
