Appreciation of Fifteen Poems of Tang Poetry and Song Poetry

five-character ancient poems

Zhang Jiuling

tender orchid-leaves in spring,

and cinnamon-blossoms bright in autumn.

are as self-contained as life is,

which conforms them to the seasons.

yet why will you think that a forest-hermit,

allured by sweet winds and contented with beauty.

vegetation has its own heart,

what do you want from beauty?

Appreciation:

This poem is the first of the twelve "Feeling Encounters" written by Zhang Jiuling after his demotion. Poetry thrives on things, compares itself with Lan Gui, and expresses the poet's feelings of narcissism and self-admiration, lofty integrity < P >, and does not ask for quotations. The poem began to use neat even sentences, with Chunlan Qiugui as the antithesis, pointing out the characteristics of infinite vitality and elegance. Three,

four sentences, write Lan Gui full of vitality but glorious but not flattering, the quality that Dont Ask For Help knows. The first half is about Lan Gui, not people. Five or six sentences turn sharply with "Who knows"

which leads to the hermit in the mountain who is in tune with Lan Gui. The last two periods show feelings of unintentional competition. On the one hand, the whole poem expresses a calm and detached mind, and on the other hand, < P > the mood of worrying about disasters is also looming. Poetry takes care of plants and trees, and its purpose is profound. Behind the chanting of things, it embodies the philosophy of life.

the hermit in his lone abode,

nurses his thoughts cleansed of care.

them he projects to the wild goose,

for it to his distant Sovereign to bear.

it's Huai Kong's intention every day,

who feels the essence?

flying and sinking, self-separation,

what can comfort my sincerity?

Appreciation:

In this poem, the author compares himself to a hermit who lives in seclusion. Although he has been demoted as an official, he has no earthly distractions, but he is loyal to the monarch and serves the country.

He still misses the monarch who is far away from the DPRK. In the poem, "high bird" is used as a metaphor for a king, "flying" as a metaphor for being in court, and "sinking" as a metaphor for being in opposition, which is unusual and novel.

here, south of the Yangzi, grows a red orangetree.,

all winter long its leaves are green.

not because of a warmer soil,

but because its' nature is used to the cold.

though it might serve your honourable guests,

you leave it here, far below mountain and river..

circumstance governs destiny,

cause and effect are an infinite cycle.

you plant your peach-trees and your plums,

you forget the shade from this other tree?

Appreciation:

Reading this poem naturally reminds me of Qu Yuan's Ode to an Orange. The poet lived in Jiangling, which is the producing area of oranges. So I borrowed Peter Dan orange to show my virginity. The first four

sentences in the poem are "Bi Xing", and the first two sentences of the poem, with the word "Jude", are full of praise. Three or four sentences are rhetorical, which shows that the

nobility of oranges is due to its essence, not its geographical location. Five or six sentences should have been recommended guests, but they were blocked by mountains, so they could not lament the fate and experience of Danju for the seventh and eighth sentences of < P >. In the end, it was favored by peaches and plums, and Danju was attacked by the cold shoulder. The whole poem expresses the poet's sigh over the gloom of the political affairs and the bumpy life experience. Poetry is plain and natural, with no trace of anger and sadness, and the language Wen Ya is mellow. The sentence is closed with backchat, which is deep and powerful, and

it is full of affection.

down Zhongnan Mountain to the Kind Pillow and Bowl of Husi

five-character ancient poems

Li Bai

down the blue mountain in the evening,

moonlight was my homeward escort,

looking back, I saw my path,

lie in levels of deep shadow.

I was passing the farm-house of a friend,

when his children called from a gate of thorn.

and led me twining through jade bamboos,

where green vines caught and held my clothes.

and I was glad of a chance to rest,

wine chat * * * wave.

we sang to the tune of the wind in the pines;,

and we finished our songs as the stars went down.

when, I being drunk and my friend more than happy,

Tao Ran * * * forgot his phone.

Appreciation:

This is an idyllic poem, which was written by the poet when he dedicated himself to the Hanlin in Chang 'an. The whole poem is written on a moonlit night in Zhongnanshan, south of Chang 'an, to visit a hermit named Hu Si. The poem describes the beauty of the mountains and the tranquility of the Tianjia courtyard in the twilight, revealing the poet's admiration. The poem begins with "dusk", which opens up for "lodging"

. Laughing with each other, buying wine and waving * * *, Long song wind is loose, enjoying the pleasure, and naturally "intoxicated with * * * forgetting the machine". These are the overflow of the author's true feelings < P >, and also a manifestation of the author's political disappointment. The theme of this poem is Tian Jia and drinking, which is greatly influenced by Tao Qian's pastoral poems. However, Tao's poems are flat, light and quiet, with no intention to dye them, and their tone is extremely gentle. For example, "it's warm and uninhabited, and there's smoke in Yiyi Market", "Under the hedge of picking chrysanthemums, you can see Nanshan leisurely"

and so on. Li Shi, on the other hand, deliberately exaggerates. It can be seen that Tao and Li have different styles.

6 drinking Alone with the Moon

five-character ancient poems

Li Bai

from a pot of wine among the flowers,

I drank alone. There was no one with me.

till, raising my cup, I asked the bright moon,

to bring me my shadow and make us three.

alas, the moon was unable to drink,

and my shadow tagged me vacantly;.

but still for a while I had these friends,

to cheer me through the end of spring.

I sang. The moon encouraged me,

I danced. My shadow tumbled after.

have sex when you wake up,

and then I was drunk, and we lost one another.

shall goodwill ever be secure?,

I watch the long road of the River of Stars.

Appreciation:

There are four original poems, and this is the first one. The whole poem revolves around the word "independence" and writes a kind of loneliness without a bosom friend. Poets are left alone under the moonlight, and no one is close to them. Poets use rich imagination to show a complex feeling from loneliness to non-loneliness, from non-loneliness to loneliness, and then from loneliness to < P > non-loneliness. Li Baixian is broad-minded, and there is no tolerance between things and me. This poem fully expresses his mind. The first four sentences of the poem are the first

paragraph, which describes flowers, wine, people and the moon shadow. The poem expresses loneliness, but raises a glass to invite the moon, conjuring up the moon, shadow and person; However, the moon can't drink, and the shadows are still lonely. Therefore, from the fifth sentence to the eighth sentence, from the moon shadow, the meaning of "carpe diem and spring" is pointed out. The last six sentences are the third paragraph.

The poet insisted on a relentless tour with moonlight and figure, and met again in the faraway fairyland in heaven. The whole poem shows the poet's loneliness < P > and aloof, and also shows his wild and unruly character. Inviting the moon to look at the shadow is a timeless quatrain. On the front, it seems that you can really enjoy yourself, but on the back, it is extremely bleak.

Spring Thoughts

Five-character Ancient Poetry

Li Bai

your grasses up north are as blue as jade,

our mulberries here curve green-threaded branches.

and at last you think of returning home,

now when my heart is almost broken.

breeze of the spring, since I dare not know you,

why part the silk curtains by my bed??

Appreciation:

This is a poem about thinking of women. The first two sentences start with the spring scenery in Yan and Qin, which are far apart, and write that the woman who is alone in Qin feels touched by the scene and misses her husband who is defending in Yan and hopes for his early return. The third and fourth sentences originated from the first two sentences. If you continue to write that the grass is green and the flowers are green, your husband will

think of yourself. At this time, Qin Sang is low and my concubine has been heartbroken, and the feelings of thinking about women are expressed in the next level. Five or six sentences, with the psychological activities of thinking about the wife < P > when the spring breeze overturns Luo Wei, to show her noble sentiment of being faithful to love. The whole poem expresses feelings with scenery, and the spring scenery has become the fuse of yearning for a husband and a woman. < P > It is unique and euphemistic.

Wang Yue

Five-character ancient poems

Du Fu

what a majestic sight of holy Mountain Tai!,

vast greens stretch across Qi and Lu, the two lands high..

the Maker endowed all the mystic Nature grace here,

and? a day at once into dawn and dusk comes by..

colorful clouds lave? my bosom free and easy,

and the birds fly back and forth before my strained eye..

once climbing to the top of the peek, one would see,

the other mountains all appear dwarfs under the sky..

Appreciation:

There are three poems of Du Fu's "Looking at Mount Tai", and this one is about looking at Mount Tai in Dongyue. Shen Deqian's "Tang Poetry" commented: "vast greens stretch across Qi and Lu, the two lands high.'s five characters have been exhausted < P > Taishan." The poem starts with "hope", hoping that Xiaotian will be small, so as to express ambition. The first two sentences, straight to the point, write about the lofty greatness of Mount Tai,

write about its admiration first, and then write about its grandeur across Qilu. Three or four sentences are written in the near future, and the magical beauty of Mount Tai and the image of Wei < P > E that can divide day and night can be seen. Five or six sentences are written in the distance, and it is seen that clouds and gas emerge in an endless stream in the mountains, and birds return to the forest. The last two sentences are written about the desire to climb the summit while looking at Yue. Show

his indomitable character and lofty political ambitions. "once climbing to the top of the peek, one would see, the other mountains all appear dwarfs under the sky." has been told for thousands of years.

A gift to Wei Ba, Chu Shi

A five-character poem

Du Fu

it is almost as hard for friends to meet,

as for the morning and evening stars.

tonight then is a rare event,

*** This lamp is candlelight.

two men who were young not long ago,

but now are turning grey at the temples.

to find that half our friends are dead,

shocks us, burns our hearts with grief.

we little guessed it would be twenty years,

before I could visit you again.

when I went away, you were still unmarried,

but now these boys and girls in a row.

are very kind to their father's old friend,

they ask me where I have been on my journey.

before the question and answer,

children drink wine.

spring chives cut in the night-rain,

and brown rice cooked freshly a special way.

my host proclaims it a festival,

he urges me to drink ten cups.

but what ten cups could make me as drunk,

as I always am with your love in my heart?.

tomorrow the mountains will separate us,

after tomorrow-who can say?.

Appreciation:

This poem, written after the An Shi Rebellion, describes the ups and downs of life, and the meeting of old friends is particularly cordial. However, when we meet for a while, we feel that the world is bleak.

I feel infinite emotion and write poems to reward the deep friendship of my close friends for their hospitality. The whole poem is written by human nature, and the language is also homely discourse, and the scenery is also homely < P > situation. The first four sentences of the poem are about reunion after a long separation, and from parting to gathering, there is also sorrow and joy, and sorrow and joy intersect. In the fifth to eighth sentences, say goodbye from birth to death

. Revealed the reality that the war is chaotic and the life is dangerous. Fourteen sentences from "how to know" to "how to be meaningful" are written about the reunion with Wei Ba Chu Shi and the warm hospitality of the host and his family. Express the poet's appreciation of the beauty of life and human feelings. The last two sentences will be sad, low and tactful, and

intriguing. The whole poem is plain and true, with orderly levels.

Beauty

Five-character Ancient Poems

Du Fu

who is lovelier than she?,

yet she lives alone in an empty valley.

she tells me she came from a good family,

which is humbled now into the dust.

when trouble arose in the Kuan district,

her brothers and close kin were killed.

what use were their high offices,

not even shielding their own lives?.

the world has but scorn for adversity,

hope goes out, like the light of a candle.

her husband, with a vagrant heart,

seeks a new face like a new piece of jade.

and when morning-glories furl at night,

and mandarin-ducks lie side by side.

all he can see is the smile of the new love,

while the old love weeps unheard!

the brook was pure in its mountain source,

but away from the mountain its waters darken.

waiting for her maid to come from selling pearls,

for straw to cover the roof again.

she picks a few flowers, no longer for her hair,

and lets pine-needles fall through her fingers.

and, forgetting her thin silk sleeve and the cold,

she leans in the sunset by a tall bamboo.

Appreciation:

This poem is about the unfortunate experience of a woman who was abandoned during the war. She was born in a good family, but she was born at an inopportune time. In the Anshi war, her brother, who was originally a high official, was killed. When her husband saw her family's decline, he abandoned her, so she was stranded in society. However, she was not overwhelmed by misfortune and did not give in to fate; She swallowed the bitter water of life, lived in an empty valley, lived next to the vegetation, and determined to observe the festival, just like a mountain spring. This spirit of being poor and humble, being chaste and self-controlled is really worth eulogizing. The whole poem uses a lot of figurative techniques. The author also compares himself with an absolute beauty. The whole poem

is euphemistic, tearful, tearful and touching. "the brook was pure in its mountain source, but away from the mountain its waters darken" embodies the philosophy of life.

One of Li Bai's two dreams

Five-character ancient poems

Du Fu

there are sobs when death is the cause of parting,

but life has its partings again and again.

from the poisonous damps of the southern river,

you had sent me not one sign from your exile.

till you came to me last night in a dream,

because I am always thinking of you.

I wondered if it were really you,

venturing so long a journey.

you came to me through the green of a forest,

you disappeared by a shadowy fortress.

yet out of the midmost mesh of your snare,

how could you lift your wings and use them??

I woke, and the low moon's glimmer on a rafter,

seemed to be your face, still floating in the air.

there were waters to cross, they were wild and tossing,

if you fell, there were dragons and rivermonsters.

Appreciation:

In the third year of Tianbao (744), Li Du first met in Luoyang and became a close friend. This poem about dreams was written by Du Fu after hearing that Li Bai had exiled Yelang. I dreamed that Li Bai was in the moonlight at night, so I earnestly told Li Bai to cherish his future and showed their deep friendship. Poems are written in the order of

before, during and after dreams. The first one is about the psychology when I dreamed of Li Bai for the first time, showing my concern for the good or ill luck of my old friend. The second one is about the image of Li Bai seen in < P > dreams, expressing sympathy for the tragic experience of old friends. An old friend comes to sleep, because I am always thinking of you. "there were waters to cross, they were wild and tossing, there is no

dragon". "three nights now I have dreamed of you, as tender, intimate and real as though I were awake.." These beautiful sentences reflect the friendship between the two people, who are separated from each other, treat each other with sincerity, encourage each other, and communicate with each other with affection < P >. The language of poetry is gentle and sincere, every sentence comes from the heart, and every word is extremely moving, which is heartbreaking to read!

Dream of two poems by Li Bai

Five-character ancient poems

Du Fu

this cloud, that has drifted all day through the sky,

may, like a wanderer, never come back.

three nights now I have dreamed of you,

as tender, intimate and real as though I were awake..

and then, abruptly rising to go,

you told me the perils of adventure.

by river and lake-the storms, the wrecks,

the fears that are borne on a little boat.

and, here in my doorway, you rubbed your white head,

as if there were something puzzling you.

our capital teems with officious people,

while you are alone and helpless and poor.

who says that the heavenly net never fails,

it has brought you ill fortune, old as you are.

a thousand years' fame, ten thousand years' fame,

what good, when you are dead and gone.

Appreciation:

This poem and the previous poem are both works in memory of Li Bai. Write many dreams about Li Bai. The poet dreamed of Li Bai many times in three nights, which shows that he is deeply concerned about it.

In the dream, Li Bai poured out his heart to the author and said goodbye to the author. After waking up, the author felt infinite sense of injustice and made a lofty evaluation of Li Bai

. Different from the first song, it focuses on lamenting Li Bai's frustration and expressing deep sympathy and injustice for Li Bai's various misfortunes.

Farewell

Five-character Ancient Poetry

Wang Wei

I dismount from my horse and I offer you wine,

and I ask you where you are going and why.

and you answer: "I am discontent",

and would rest at the foot of the southern mountain..

so give me leave and ask me no questions,

white clouds pass there without end.

Appreciation:

This is a poem that sends a friend to retire. On the surface, the statement is plain, but the words are shallow and profound. The first three sentences of the poem repeatedly appear "Jun < P >", which reflects the author's repeated exhortation and reluctant farewell. The last two sentences are a portrayal of a frustrated mood, and the last sentence is a description of scenery and people, which is very rich in < P > storage. The whole poem is written in seclusion, so as to belittle fame, express the feeling of being intoxicated with white clouds and having fun. The last two sentences of the poem have a sudden increase in charm, which makes them poetic. < P > I am envious and full of emotion.

to Qiwu Qian Bound Home After Failing in an Examination

five-character ancient poems

Wang Wei

in a happy reign there should be no hermits,

the wise and able should consult together.

so you, a man of the eastern mountains,

gave up your life of picking herbs.

and came all the way to the Gate of Gold,

but you found your devotion unavailing?

to spend the Day of No Fire on one of the southern rivers,

you have mended your spring clothes here in these northern cities..

I pour you the farewell wine as you set out from the capital,

soon I shall be left behind here by my bosomfriend.

in your sail-boat of sweet cinnamon-wood,

you will float again toward your own thatch door.

led along by distant trees,

to a sunset shining on a far-away town.

what though your purpose happened to fail,

doubt not that some of us can hear high music.

Appreciation:

This is a farewell song. Those who are left behind to return home are naturally depressed. As a close friend, the author repeatedly comforted his friends who failed in the exam, and the whole poem was deliberately dyed on this theme, with narrative, scenery description, lyric, emotion and encouragement. The scenery is fresh, the emotion is sincere, the encouragement is sincere, and the chanting is

inspiring. The whole poem is reasonable and tortuous, durable and intriguing. Shen Deqian's Collection of Tang Poems commented: "Repeated twists and turns < P > make the laggards have no complaints."

Qingxi

Five-character ancient poems

Wang Wei

I have sailed the River of Yellow Flowers,

borne by the channel of a green stream.

rounding ten thousand turns through the mountains,

on a journey of less than thirty miles.

rapids hum over heaped rocks,

but where light grows dim in the thick pines.

the surface of an inlet sways with nut-horns,

and weeds are lush along the banks.

down in my heart I have always been as pure,

Qingchuan.
