Composition:
Hot pot meatballs 400g pure milk 1 box of instant noodles with pork, beans, potatoes, lettuce and baby cabbage for lunch.
Seasoning:
Hot pot bottom material 100g onion, ginger, garlic and chilli dried chilli
Exercise:
1. Heat oil in a wok, add onion, ginger and garlic to stir fry until fragrant, add bean paste 1 spoon, chafing dish bottom material 1 block, stir fry pepper and dried pepper until fragrant, and stir fry red oil.
2. Add 700ml of water, pour 250ml of milk into the pot to boil, and remove the residue.
3. Add meatballs, beans and lunch meat and cook for a while, then add vegetables and instant noodles to cook.
4. Mix a sauce: 2 tablespoons sesame sauce +2 tablespoons soy sauce+1 tablespoon vinegar+a little sugar, pour in the sauce and mix well. Turn off the heat.
