Appreciation of four paper boats in Bing Xin's poems

Paper boat is a poem written by Bing Xin on her way to study abroad at 1923, with subtitle: For Mom.

Praising maternal love, innocence and nature are the three themes of Bing Xin's early literary creation. Written on the boat, Paper Boat is a poem in which Bing Xin faces the sea and gives love to his mother with a pure heart. Although there are only three sections and eleven lines, the "three themes" are all integrated.

Bing Xin was born in a rich, harmonious and warm family. She has been immersed in family happiness and brotherhood since she was a child. Growing up, she never left her mother's care and care. Now she has left her home in Wan Li alone and traveled across the ocean to study in a foreign country. This is really unbearable pain for Bing Xin, who is deeply attached to her family. After boarding the Yorkshire, she stood alone on the deck every day during the three-day voyage across Japan, facing the sea breeze and overlooking the railing. The rolling waves at her feet further reminded her of her childhood life in Yantai and her thoughts about her mother. When the boat arrived at Yokohama Wharf, she wrote three poems about her mother in succession in the cabin, and the paper boat was one of them.

In this poem, the poet sent away his thoughts of his mother by paddling on a paper boat as a child, creating a dreamy artistic conception affectionately and naturally, which could not help but make people cry.

This poem is divided into three parts.

The first section, writing action: I refuse to throw away a piece of paper,/keep it forever-keep it. Two "stays" in succession not only formed a sense of rhyme, but also strengthened the poet's persistent emotion. Fold into a boat/throw it into the sea. Linked to the first two sentences, this "one by one" naturally refers to the small but many ships, which reflects the poet's sincerity in this action.

The second section, writing a will. The first two sentences: some were blown into the window of the ship by the wind,/some were wet by the waves and stuck to the bow. At first glance, it seems to be the ruthless interference of the natural environment, but it is actually an expression of the poet's inner pain. She knew that when she left, she would be separated from her relatives in Wan Li and could not get together in a short time. But she firmly believes that the feelings between mother and daughter can't stand the wind and waves and can't be separated from Qianshan. So, the next two sentences were written immediately: I am still not discouraged and stack every day. /I always hope that a person can only flow where I want him to go.

The third section, writing dreams. When people miss their dreams deeply, they often pin their hopes on them. Bing Xin has written many dreams in poems such as "Spring Water in the Stars", such as "where the dream first woke up,/in the clouds under the mountain,/and caught a glimpse of her under the light." Another example is; "The dream is not finished-it's getting late outside the window,/I met Yi in front of the hall!" The mind acts on the mind. Bing Xin believes that she misses her mother and her mother misses her. The boat she folded will surely drift into her mother's dream. She just hopes that her mother won't be surprised that she dreams for no reason. Because, this is your beloved daughter with tears,/Wan Shui Qian Shan, please let it carry her love and sorrow home.

After reading Paper Boat, who will not be moved by the poet's devotion to his mother?
