I Look (poetry written by Mu Dan) "I Look" is a modern poem written by Mu Dan, from Mu Dan's "Mu Dan's Collected Poems"
Original text
I watched a gust of evening spring breeze
quietly rub the lush green grass,
I watched them lower their heads again and again,
Maybe they are far away The water stirred up a green tide;
I watched the flying birds spreading their wings
Quietly breathing in the deep clear sky,
I watched the flowing clouds slowly The earth is blushing
Unintentionally, I was intoxicated by the earth staring at it.
O, how many joys and sorrows have passed away,
I describe them in your heart in vain!
O! Over the years, your rich life has always flourished in the concert of silence.
Perhaps the ancient philosopher had great desire,
He once sent you sighs of praise,
but now he only sees the quiet flow of his life
Easy with the ups and downs of the seasons.
Go, go, the flight of life,
Ask the wind to carry you to roam freely,
Like the singing of birds and the hope of clouds, The swaying of the trees;
Let my breathing merge with nature!
Let laughter and sorrow pour into my heart,
Like the seasons that light up a flower and blow it out.
