Practice method
In our daily standing training, we can use the method of sticking to the wall, so that the child's head, shoulders, hips, legs and heels are close to the wall, chest out and inhale hard, so that the lower abdomen and hips contract, and the back and waist are as close to the wall as possible.
Standing in this position, the time is gradually extended from one minute. In order to avoid being bored during practice, you can also play some nice music or tell them some stories during practice.
