Dangui is a special osmanthus tree. Due to long-term artificial cultivation, natural hybridization and artificial selection, a variety of cultivated varieties have been formed. The resources and varieties of osmanthus fragrans were extensively investigated in major cities in China, and the flowering characteristics of osmanthus fragrans were recorded on the spot. The characters of different types of osmanthus fragrans were analyzed and compared, and relatively stable genetic characters were selected. Combined with the traditional classification method and its application in garden production, four osmanthus fragrans varieties were identified and sorted.
