Night light, five chickens,
It's time for men to study.
Black hair didn't know to study hard,
Bai Shoufang regrets studying late.
Precautions:
Wugeng Chicken: At dawn, chickens crow.
Black hair: youth, refers to teenagers.
Bai Shou: The old man means the old man.
Translation:
Hard-working people and students are still working and studying in the middle of the night, and the lights are still on in the middle of the night. Turn off the lights and lie down for a short rest. Soon, the cock crows at five o'clock, and these hard-working people have to get up and be busy again.
This poem tells us that if you don't study hard when you are young, you will study at night when you are old.
Commentary: Every midnight is the best time for boys to study. When they were teenagers, they only knew how to play and didn't know how to study hard. When they are old, they regret why they didn't know how to study hard when they were young.

Encouraging Learning is an ancient poem written by Yan Zhenqing, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. It encourages young people to cherish their youth and study hard.
Learn and do something, or you will achieve nothing when you are old, and it is too late to regret. Let the children understand that life is short, so that they can mention it.
High enthusiasm for learning. Poetry reveals this profound truth in just 28 words, and achieves the inspiring effect.
