Bao 'an Daily decided to open a special issue of migrant workers' literature in Bao 'an, taking the maturity of migrant workers' literature as an opportunity, in order to comprehensively show the exploration of new life paths and life experiences of migrant workers in a literary way, reveal the rich spiritual world and mental journey of this group in a special historical period, and thus interpret the profound changes brought by reform and opening up to China society. At the same time, it also built a platform for the majority of migrant workers to talk, sing and vent, enriched their spiritual and cultural life, and provided spiritual support for creating a harmonious society and serving the majority of migrant workers.

This special issue will become the first weekly newspaper focusing on labor literature in China. The special issue will rely on the existing community of migrant workers writers in Baoan District, solicit contributions for the whole country, and exchange migrant workers' literature across the country through literary circles and various media.

As the organ of the Party Committee, Baoan Daily will adhere to the correct direction of public opinion, carry forward the excellent culture and traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and make the "special issue of working literature" a position to create a harmonious society. The Special Issue of Labor Literature is a weekly magazine. It is planned to launch the first issue in early May, which will be published every Monday, with 8 editions in each issue, which will be stacked separately.

Layout and column planning are as follows:

The first edition: cover edition, with headline, title (the most important work, the most beautiful work or the first part of a long series), main picture (mainly pictures with profound rhymes, beautiful pictures and literary significance), this week's guests (portraits of migrant workers' writers), migrant workers' literary circles (trends in migrant workers' literary circles), reading guidance and American writing (wonderful paragraphs and sentences).

Second and third editions: novels. Author's brief introduction, article abstract, illustration or photo.

Fourth Edition: New Works by Newcomers. Novel or prose, with the author's self-report, expert comments, peer reviews, illustrations or photos.

Fifth Edition: American Language. A short essay, sketch, essay, poem, illustration or photo reflecting working life.

Sixth Edition: Hometown. Record people's thoughts about their hometown life and hometown folks.

Seventh Edition: Memories. Memories of the older generation of migrant workers on their past work and life.

Eighth Edition: Documentary. Reportage records the ups and downs of working life, starting a business and living in a foreign land.

"Special issue of working literature" has the following requirements in manuscript selection:

Adhere to the correct mainstream outlook on life and values, reshape their own values by promoting the choice of life path by the majority of migrant workers, reflect the positive impact of social changes in China on the lives, thoughts and spiritual outlook of the vast rural areas and people since the reform and opening up, and show the indomitable struggle and winning spirit of the Chinese nation against the environment and destiny;

Advocate and guide a positive, optimistic and healthy ideological tone, and use or prohibit works with negative pessimism and different ideas with caution;

Advocate and guide migrant workers' writers to organically combine their stories with the main theme of the times, and create works that are close to the lives of migrant workers and can reflect the characteristics of the times, especially documentary works;

Give priority to recommending the works of local foreign writers in Baoan, and fully display the strength and works of foreign writers in Baoan; Give priority to the works of in-service writers who are influential throughout the country; Give priority to major works with historical depth and social breadth; Vigorously support potential newcomers, especially writers who are ambitious and good at grasping major themes;

Especially welcome reportage, novels and short stories.
