Zhai Yongming, female, was born in Chengdu, Sichuan in 1955. He graduated from Chengdu Institute of Telecommunication Engineering and is a poet. After graduating from high school in 1974, he went to work in the countryside. He graduated from Sichuan Chengdu Institute of Telecommunications Engineering and worked at a physics institute. She began publishing poems in 1981 and is an outstanding contemporary female poet in China. In 1984, his poem "Women" shocked the literary world with its unique and strange language and shocking female stance. In 1998, he opened the "White Night" Bar Cultural Salon in Chengdu, planning and organizing a series of literature, art and folk video activities.
His representative works include more than 10 poetry and prose collections such as "Women", "Above All Roses", and "New York, West of New York". Zhai Yongming was selected as one of the "50 Charming People in China" in 2005 and one of the "Top Ten Female Poets in China" in 2010. In 2007, he won the "Zhongkun International Poetry Award·A Prize"; in 2011, he won the Italian Ceppo Pistoia International Literary Award?.
