alley

It's curved and long.

There is no door

There are no windows.

I took an old key.

Knocking on the thick wall

Please close your eyes and imagine: a winding, narrow and long alley with two walls standing. There is nothing on the wall except the wall, and there are no doors or windows. It stands quietly, like a lonely and blind giant. I am alone, maybe it is my own shadow. Like a child, I knocked on this thick wall with a rusty key, looking for the door to go out. The key hit the wall, tinkling and echoing in the alley, like a blind giant whispering and sighing heavily. Sigh yourself, sigh your ignorance. Ignorance is because there is no way out. Long distance ahead, long distance behind. I can't see the exit. I am trapped in this long and winding alley. I panicked, timidly and stubbornly held the key, knocked and walked forward, even though the front was far away and endless.

This is a vision. As you can imagine, there are countless criss-crossing alleys in front of you, and there is a lonely person like me in each alley, groping in the alley. Like ants, crawling in the maze.

This is a close-up view. It's like the focal plane slowly zoomed in, zoomed in to the alley where I walked alone, and saw endless walls on both sides, rows of blue-gray ancient bricks on the walls, but no doors or windows.

This is a close-up. Walking along the alley with an old key in one hand, knocking on the thick wall all the way. The tinkling sound echoed in the empty alley. ...

Let's continue to imagine: a lonely figure slowly disappears in the depths of the alley. However, the tinkling sound of knocking on the wall is still clear in my ear, echoing endlessly.

Through the image of "alley" and my description of imprisonment and imprisonment, the author expressed his inner loneliness and unyielding attitude towards the status quo. When I first read this poem, I felt a kind of child's loneliness, full of deep sadness and helplessness. But I don't know how readers create such an artistic conception. Reading again now is also touching and sad. This is the standard of a good poem. No matter how the times change, a good poem is always new and never out of date. It can touch generations and spread for a long time.

I once asked a simple friend: Is it difficult to write long poems and short poems? Jane's friend quipped: it's all difficult, and it's not difficult. It depends on inspiration. This answer is witty, but it is not the answer I want. This question, there may be many people as silly as me. Then, in this issue, we will discuss the writing of short poems together.

According to the sonnet standard, most of the modern poems written by poetry lovers are short poems, which shows that the creation of short poems is the mainstream. But what kind of short poems are good poems? I summarize the following four points here:

First of all, it is complete. Both long poems and short poems should be complete: complete images and complete poetic structures. The image of an alley (an alley without doors and windows); Structure (I walked in the alley to find my way, but I couldn't find it);

Second, refining. Long poems need to use many images or scenes to render the atmosphere and create artistic conception and lyricism. Short poems only use one or several images to clarify the feelings to be expressed. In addition to refining images, but also refining words, it is necessary to grasp key features and use highly summarized and condensed language. At present, the shortest poem is the life of North Island, with only one word.

Third, the rhythm. The last word (lane, length, window, wall) of the first, second, fourth and sixth sentences of this poem rhymes with ang, so it has a sense of rhythm. Rhythm can increase the musicality of poetry. I think we should put the good things of our ancestors into modern poetry to try and innovate.

Fourth, it has far-reaching significance. Short poems should be concise, the end of the song is scattered, and the sound is lingering. As mentioned above, short poems need highly concentrated language, but they should not be concentrated for the sake of concentration, but should serve the whole poem, the emotions expressed, the philosophy expounded or the three views. In addition, short poems should stimulate readers' infinite imagination. Let's look at two famous poems:

This poem, with only four short sentences, is memorable and philosophical. The poet used the common images (bridges, buildings, bright moons and windows) in China's classical poems to form two classical landscapes in China, one is a big space and the other is a small space. Through two paintings, the poet tells the deep feeling that "all kinds of customs are always annoyed by ruthlessness", or expounds the philosophy that everything is independent and interrelated. Poetry stimulates readers' infinite imagination, and also produces the effect that different people have different opinions.

This poem is also one of Gu Cheng's favorite short poems. This poem is just an understatement. By looking at the clouds and me, the same action produced two diametrically opposite results, giving readers endless feelings and reverie. You can read it as a love poem. It can also be extended that man and nature are always close, but people are full of suspicion and estrangement, which is a kind of sorrow for social progress. Such a short poem can stimulate readers' endless imagination and deep thinking. This is a good short poem.

Many people like the poem Alley, and many people have written many articles about its appreciation. So I reinterpreted the poem with trepidation, in my own way. If you like this poem and have any suggestions and comments on my appreciation and articles, please leave a message. * * * Discuss the writing of poetry and make progress. thank you
