The road of national training is coming to an end, and I have put all the wonderful things along the way into my bag, which contains sweat, tears, happiness and happiness. First, the expression of ideas

During the school-based research, I completed this task with a positive and enterprising spirit. I believe that any gains are inseparable from hard work. School-based research is a platform for us to improve our professional level and turn knowledge into strength. Only by seriously practicing the theoretical knowledge learned from the training college in school-based research can we improve it day by day. I study because I am eager for progress, which needs to be realized in step-by-step and solid teaching practice. I cherish this school-based research very much. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the research task, I made a research plan from the beginning and carried it out strictly in the process of research. Whether it is a personal task or a group task, I actively participate in it and try my best to complete it. I never delay the progress of the research because of personal things.

Second, the team * * *

School-based research is a spiritual journey that condenses collective and individual wisdom. To improve a person's academic qualifications, a person's strength is insignificant, and only by brainstorming can a certain goal be achieved. Our team is not very big, but we work together and every group activity is indispensable. Of course, I won't hold the team back. In team activities, I never arrive late and leave early, seriously discuss the activity plan with my team members and take the initiative to undertake difficult tasks in the group. The execution of each task is very effective. As the speaker, I got the help of all the team members, and I had a wise collision in collective lesson preparation and collective evaluation. Give me a bright spark. This spark can't light up the sky and the earth, but it can light up a classroom, a classroom and my heart. I am lucky to find inspiration and collect wisdom in this group.

Third, personal development.

(A) classroom evaluation

As the basic requirement of school-based research, attending lectures and evaluating classes is the most common and frequent work in my research. I listened to the course evaluation record eight times a week, and I finished it on time. During the whole training period, I attended 97 lectures.

(2) Open class

Open class is the most effective way to improve the professional level, because only when you really experience the tempering of classroom teaching can you find that many preset perfections do not intersect with your classroom, so that you can learn lessons and grow deeper. Open class analysis is a good medicine to promote professional growth. The authorities turned a blind eye to onlookers. When many teachers give your class various opinions or suggestions, you will feel very lost, but you will be more gratified, because you will get improvement methods from them. My open class is going through such a process. But I didn't give up because I had to bear the loss, but insisted on being comforted. There is at least one open class every month, and there are 6 open classes in the whole training stage.

(C) timely reflection

Learning without thinking is useless. Every time I finish an open class, I will calm down and deeply reflect on my own classroom, from the aspects of teaching means, teaching methods, classroom norms, teacher-student interaction, student learning effect and so on. , and carefully recorded for future teaching experience.

(4) Online training

Online learning is the most convenient and fast way to learn. On a platform, we can exchange experiences and acquire knowledge across time and space, and have a relaxed environment. I like this kind of study very much. In the school-based training stage, the online training of the fifth promotion class is also in full swing. I always take an active part in exchange seminars. I expressed my opinion, and whether I agree or disagree, I was also concerned by other enthusiastic people. I am very excited. On the platform of online research, I can not only express my feelings, but also learn a lot of useful experiences from other teachers.

(5) Personal reading

Books are the spiritual food of human beings and the energy for teachers' professional growth. I deeply realize that reading can add fun to me, broaden my horizons, enrich my life and guide my teaching path. Therefore, during the training, I also carefully read some teaching monographs, among which the intensive reading books include The Education of Love by Japanese writer Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, The Little Pea by the Window and Liu Lianghua's Autobiography of Education, and wrote.

(6) Teaching and research papers

In the process of training, we accepted other people's suggestions, reflected on our own practices and accumulated a little experience. Although superficial and immature, it is also an achievement to record our views with a little pen and ink. Combined with my own experience in school-based training practice, I wrote two training papers, Situational Creation and Effective Teaching and School-based Training.

(vii) Publishing blog articles

In order to record my growth process, I also carefully recorded my specific situation in the training process and uploaded my learning experience into a blog post, including teaching postscript, review, teaching papers, essays, poems, group activities and so on. During the training, 32 original works were accumulated, and the blog post was read more than 3,000 times and commented more than 300 times. I not only actively write blog posts, but also carefully browse other people's blogs and comment on topics and works I am interested in. I have published more than 200 comments.

(8) Basic skills training

Admittedly, under the pressure of many tasks, I didn't work so hard in the training of basic skills. Chalk writing is only used as an exercise in class, and pen writing is only practiced occasionally at home, but I think my hard pen writing should not be so bad, which is inseparable from the foundation I laid in school before. Putonghua training is not well adhered to. At first, I practiced hard. I read monosyllabic and disyllabic words, sent beautiful articles, and I recited one or two articles. Later, because of the heavy task, I gradually put it aside, and the beautiful words I memorized have been forgotten, so the training of Putonghua is not sufficient.

Fourth, the direction of future efforts.

After two months of investigation and study, I deeply feel that I have great shortcomings in teaching, and I also feel the complexity and arduousness of education and teaching. I hope that I can cultivate a strong generation with what I have learned in the near future, and at the same time I will continue to shed my sweat on this hot land of education.
