Success or failure is left to the West and the East, this hatred is endless, who will be with me for the sake of pride? I have been in charge of misty rain all my life, and I have been flying in the snow.
I specially wrote this poem to Su Shi after he was demoted. Dongpo's life was extremely ups and downs: the twists and turns of love, the frustration of official career, the struggle of the political whirlpool, and the unhappiness of being full of grievances.
His family, who are full of hope for him, his friends who have gone through disasters, and the people who are loved by him all hope that he will be able to show his talents, prosper in officialdom, and help the world and the people. However, Dongpo knew that if fate was not favorable, the dark door of official career would never tolerate such a liberal-minded Su Dongpo.
So, he exchanged his fame and wealth for "bamboo sticks and mango shoes". On the night when the moon was missing and the trees were hanging, he sang "The Great River Goes East" and felt that "life is so similar everywhere, just like a flying giant stepping on a tree" "Snow mud" is indifferent, he is not touched by "meager profits and vain fame", and only wants to "spend the rest of his life in the sea".
Su Dongpo, who knew himself, walked out calmly from the narrow gate of politics. Although he was contrary to everyone’s expectations, he allowed us to see through a bold, indifferent, open-minded and enlightened scholar of Su University—— A generation of literary giants.
Knowing oneself is the bright moon of Dongpo, shining on him as he enters the long river of history heading east.

Climbing the stairs alone at night, my brows furrowed with hatred, my yellow flowers are thin, the sound of wild geese cuts off the autumn, a stream of falling flowers fills Tingzhou, I am suffering from wandering, when will I rest?

On the cold rainy night of the phoenix tree, After researching and writing "Ci of Shuyu" and re-recognizing himself, Yi An lit a lone lamp in the darkness and staggered across.
Knowing oneself is like the easy yellow flower, which passes away with the wind. It is sad but not sad. There is hard work and beauty in the sorrow. Although its color is different from the color in the hearts of the world, it can always show Strange brilliance.
