It was the Spring Festival holiday, so the requirements for us were even stricter. On New Year's Eve, we came to the meeting place at the normal time. The person in charge explained to us what to do and some precautions, and then we divided into groups. Today's main task is to cooperate with government workers to hang lanterns and colorful flags to welcome the New Year. Everything is so smooth. At the end of the day, we were responsible for cleaning some main conference rooms of the town government, which was very successful. During the Spring Festival, we took to the streets to direct traffic. After all, everyone will come out to play during the Chinese New Year, also to avoid crowding. There is a grand parade in the street in the afternoon. In order to celebrate the Spring Festival, we must keep order. I am glad to see the spirit of unity and cooperation between us, and we are also glad to see the results of team efforts. In the evening, the town held a cultural performance and policy publicity activities, and we also participated in it on time.
In this volunteer service activity, I realized that volunteers not only helped others, but also learned a lot, because they were exposed to all kinds of people and things. Volunteer service composition (2) Jinshan in May ushered in the annual beach volleyball match as in previous years, which is certainly no stranger to us as Jinshan people. This time, however, I "updated" my understanding of this beach.
This time, I came to this beach as a "volunteer". I'm no stranger to this name, so there was no pressure when I first started "working".
My job is to pick up the ball, as the name implies, and then pass it to the athletes.
On the first day, there were few games, and my "work" naturally followed. But I was too busy in the lounge, so I went out for a walk with my signature sheet. I hope I can meet some athletes with luck and ask for their signatures!
I was walking in the street, looking around, hoping that some athletes would just pass by me. In this way, I waited for a long time. As the saying goes, "many good things grind"! Sure enough, I saw several tall figures coming towards me from a distance. According to my sixth sense, they are athletes! You see, brown hair, blue eyes, bronzed skin, nearly two meters posture, plus their bags with certificates on their backs, I am more sure that they are the athletes I am looking for! However, the heart is not as good as action, so I rushed over and quickly took out a pen and paper. But at this moment, my mind is thinking: what should I say in front of foreigners? Thinking about it, I came to them. As soon as I opened my mouth, I said, "Hello, nice to meet you!" " Hearing this, the foreigners all looked at me in unison: "What?" It was uncomfortable to be stared at by them at once. At this moment, it suddenly occurred to me that an elder sister in Senior Two had just taught me how to ask for someone's autograph in English. Thinking of this, I said stiffly, "Can you sign it for me?" Having said that, I am relieved, but my heart is still uneasy. I'm afraid they will leave without signing my name. These seven days have been a good experience for me, which not only allowed me to exercise myself, but also broadened my horizons; Close contact with foreigners makes me feel the great cultural differences between us and them, their enthusiasm and our reserve; And their spirit of never giving up and the quality of being brave in struggle are all things we need to learn.

At about 6: 30 in the morning, everyone embarked on a journey to the sand volleyball court. I am responsible for turning the scoreboard, so I have to concentrate all the time, because it is unfair to the athletes to misread a gesture and make a mistake. Standing on the beach in the hot sun, my eyes blurred for a long time. Although the game is exciting, it will take a long time to stand all the time. I also played catcher in two games. When I was about to catch the first ball, I repeatedly wiped the volleyball with a towel around my waist to make the sand stuck on it surrender. At this moment, an athlete motioned for me to pass the ball. I hesitated a little, ran forward and threw the ball. The ball drew a beautiful arc in the air and landed firmly in his hand. Suddenly I felt a little sense of accomplishment. After several rounds, my feet became heavier and my sweat kept flowing downwards. My father-in-law in the sky seemed to be watching a tense game, but he got carried away and kept getting hot. I feel that I can't hold on any longer, but I can see that the athletes are enduring the high temperature and working hard. I told myself that I must persist and have sportsmanship. Although just two days of volunteer work is a thing of the past, it has been deeply imprinted in my heart. My tanned skin has witnessed my hardships, but I have gained a lot. What a precious treasure this is!

At half past one in the afternoon, my mother took me to the railway station. I am wearing a yellow vest, and my mother is wearing a red vest. First of all, my sister and I were arranged at the security checkpoint and asked to remind passengers that all the bags and small bags had passed the security check.
