2. The comprehensive ability test subjects have been added.
Although the total score is only 30 points, these 30 points reflect the importance attached by Hunan Provincial Department of Education to students' comprehensive quality. At present, only Shandong Province and Hunan Province have directly included this subject in the total score of the college entrance examination. Since Hunan Province has not yet decided to include the usual scores in the total score of the college entrance examination, this measure can still objectively examine students' extracurricular knowledge and knowledge ability.
3. Do not count the usual scores into the total score of the college entrance examination.
In fact, this measure is also right, because this measure is to protect the interests of the vast majority of candidates. If this score is set, there will be several results:
(1) is bound to cause competition among schools. For the sake of enrollment rate, schools give their students high marks, which is actually to make this usual score exist in name only.
(2) It is bound to cause powerful parents of students to go to teachers and schools for the benefit of their children, just to get more points for their children. So grades are very important at ordinary times, but if this happens, it is better not to use this score, which is fair to life. Although it is true that many candidates are abnormal every year, it is also caused by the psychological quality of the candidates themselves. The comprehensive ability of college entrance examination candidates includes their psychological quality.

1. The score of the fill-in-the-blank part of the math college entrance examination questions is improved:
This reform is also influenced by Jiangsu province, but the reform in Jiangsu province is more radical, canceling all multiple-choice questions, while in Hunan province, two multiple-choice questions have been deleted at one time and two fill-in-the-blank questions have been added, so the reform is relatively stable. Some people think that Hunan's reform this time is to learn from Beijing, but it is inappropriate for those people to blindly draw conclusions just by seeing a number (the number of questions), because the number of questions in Beijing has not changed in recent years, and the reform in Jiangsu Province is the trend. This kind of reform makes the score less water (multiple choice questions can be guessed), which is good for selecting talents.
2. The subjective scores of Chinese college entrance examination questions increase;
The Chinese college entrance examination deleted a multiple-choice question in scientific and technological articles (social science and natural science articles), and increased the scores of poetry appreciation and classical Chinese solution. This poses a new and higher challenge to candidates' writing ability.
3. The English college entrance examination questions have not changed from previous years, but it is reported (probably through the grapevine) that the English part of the 20 10 exam plan that may be announced this year will undergo major reforms. First, cloze will be divided into two parts, one is an article with twelve multiple-choice questions, and the other is an article with eight subjective questions. After all, it is a great challenge for candidates. Second, increase the proportion of subjective questions in the listening test, from the original 3 tracks 4.5 to 5 tracks 7.5. The reform of subjective questions in English test papers in Hunan Province has been at the forefront of the country. There were great reforms in 2005 and 2007, and the requirements for candidates were getting higher and higher. 1, scientific principle. The scheme must conform to the law of education and teaching, and be based on advanced education theory and examination theory to ensure the scientific implementation process and results of the scheme.
2. Basic principles. According to the requirements of the training objectives of colleges and universities, the program should take the basic knowledge and basic ability necessary for receiving higher education as the main assessment content, and ensure that the students selected after the implementation of the program have the same knowledge base and ability base as those receiving higher education.
3. The principle of fairness. The implementation of this program is conducive to maintaining educational equity.
4. The principle of selectivity. The plan should reflect the needs of society for diversified talents, meet the different needs of individual development, meet the needs of colleges and universities of different levels and disciplines in selecting talents, and set up alternative examination and admission methods.
5. Guiding principles. Correctly guide middle schools to implement quality education, abide by the spirit of the new curriculum reform in high schools, and reflect the characteristics of the new curriculum plan in high schools and the overall requirements of curriculum standards in various disciplines.
6. Operating principles. The implementation of the scheme should make the operation of examination organization, middle school preparation organization and college admission simple and intuitive, and easy to be understood and accepted by candidates, colleges and all walks of life.
7. Transitional principle. The implementation of the plan should conform to the actual situation of teachers, teaching venues and other hardware equipment and educational concepts gradually changing in the province, and promote the reform of college entrance examination in a practical and steady manner.
Third, the examination plan
(1) Examination subjects
The examination subjects are set as: 3+X+ Basic Ability Test.
"3" is a compulsory subject, which refers to Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages (including listening, the same below), in which mathematics is divided into mathematics (liberal arts) and mathematics (science).
"X" means liberal arts comprehensive or science comprehensive. The "liberal arts synthesis" includes three subjects: ideological politics, history and geography, and the "science synthesis" includes three subjects: physics, chemistry and biology.
The basic ability test includes basic knowledge in six learning fields: humanities and society, science, art, technology, sports and health, and comprehensive practice, as well as the ability to solve practical problems in social life by using the learned knowledge. The basic ability test is a compulsory subject for all candidates, regardless of arts and sciences.
(2) Subject combination
The examination subjects are divided into liberal arts (including foreign languages, the same below), science, sports and art (including music and art, the same below) according to the enrollment majors of colleges and universities.
Combination of examination subjects for liberal arts majors: Chinese, mathematics (liberal arts), foreign languages, and basic ability test.
Combination of examination subjects for science majors: Chinese, mathematics (science), foreign language, and basic ability test.
Candidates who apply for sports and art majors choose one of the arts and sciences to take the college entrance examination and take the professional examination of the corresponding majors in art and sports.
(3) Subject scores, examination time and college entrance examination time.
Chinese test time 150 minutes, test paper score 150 points;
Mathematics (liberal arts/science) examination time 120, test paper score 150;
The foreign language (including listening) examination time is 100 minutes, and the test paper scores are 120 points each.
The comprehensive examination time of liberal arts/science is 150 minutes, and the test paper scores are 300 points each.
The basic ability test time is 90 minutes, and the test paper score is 100. And 30% of the candidates' test scores are recorded in the total score of the college entrance examination.

(4) Examination content

(6) Group examination
1, the college entrance examination registration is organized by the school, and the test sites where candidates are located are randomly arranged in the same county (city, district) area. The examiners and invigilators are selected in the same city and state across counties (cities, districts), and the examination work is held by the staff of the test center. The executive deputy examiner is selected by the local education administrative department or the principal of the test center school.

(7) Admission

If there is conclusive evidence that there are serious defects in one aspect of students' comprehensive quality, two or more undergraduate colleges will not be admitted.

The provincial admissions committee classifies the minimum control scores in batches. According to the number of enrollment plans and candidates' test scores in the current year, the total score is calculated according to the combination of different college test subjects, classified and divided into batches (divided into the first A and B batches, the second A and B batches, the third A and B batches, and specialist batches), and the scores are delineated and published. After the last batch of admissions, the next batch of scores will be delineated and announced. So that candidates can fill in their volunteers more specifically.
