Mei Fei's life, poems, the palace where he lived, the reasons why he entered the palace, and the source of his name.

Mei Fei (7 10-756), a native of Jiang Caiping, was favored by Xuanzong in the early Tang Dynasty. Its posture is delicate and pretty, slightly thin, easy to make up and wear elegant clothes. His ancestral home is Putian, Fujian (now Putian, Fujian), and his father Jiang Zhongxun has been a doctor for generations. Versatile Jiang Caiping is good at not only poetry, but also musical instruments, singing and dancing. He is also charming and beautiful, and his temperament is extraordinary. He is a strange girl with both talent and beauty. Later, Yang Yuhuan, the daughter-in-law of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, was accepted as a concubine, and Mei Fei gradually fell out of favor until she was relegated to the cold palace. She wrote many famous poems, such as Xie Ci, Zhu Zhen and Lou Dong Fu.

Life: Mei Fei, whose real name is Jiang Caiping, was born in Putian (now Putian City, Fujian Province). Born into a medical family, my father Jiang Zhongxun is a scholar and has read many poems, which is very interesting. He is also proficient in medical ethics and has a reputation as a local Confucian doctor. Jiang Caiping was brilliant from an early age and received a good education. She was able to recite the Book of Songs at the age of nine, and her father named her daughter after the poem "Picking Apples" in the Book of Songs. He has high expectations of her. Jiang Caiping was a famous court dancer in Tang Dynasty. She is a talented woman who can sing and dance and recite poems. During the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, Jiang Caiping was elected to the palace. Because of her outstanding dancing skills, she is especially good at dancing the "dance of surprise", such as a bird spreading its wings and floating like a fairy, which won the favor of Xuanzong. Because Jiang Caiping liked plum blossom very much, Xuanzong named it "Mei Fei". After Yang Yuhuan entered the palace, he spoiled the harem and left Mei Fei in the cold. In winter, when Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty was enjoying the snow, he saw plum blossoms and thought of Mei Fei, so he ordered a bucket of pearls. Mei Fei flatly refused and wrote a poem to express his lonely and sad mood: "Liu Ye's eyebrows have not been painted for a long time, and her makeup is red with tears." There is no toilet in Nagato every day. Why should pearls comfort loneliness? Tang Xuanzong felt guilty after watching it, so he ordered people to accompany it with music, which became the famous song "Welcome to the Beads". During the Anshi Rebellion, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty only escaped with Yang Yuhuan, and then Yang Yuhuan hanged himself on Maweipo. After recovering Chang 'an, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty returned to the palace, thinking of Mei Fei again, and ordered people to look for him, but there was no trace. One day, someone presented a portrait of Mei Fei's dance, especially the style of "Dance of Surprise" at that time. Xuanzong was very painful. He wrote a poem called "Drawing the Truth in Mei Fei": Recalling Jiao Fei's past in Chenzi, lead China is not naive. Although first frost has been like a year, he does not care for people. "It is said that Mei Fei died by the sword after the Anshi Rebellion entered Chang 'an. Another story is that she escaped from the palace and spent the rest of her life in seclusion. It is said that after the death of Wu Huifei, the favorite of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, Xuanzong was unhappy all day. Eunuch Gao Lishi wanted to relieve Xuanzong's troubles, so he went to Jiangnan to search for beautiful women. As a result, he found a girl with an orchid heart in Putian County, Fujian Province. This is Jiang Caiping. After Jiang Caiping was elected to the palace by Gao Lishi, he won the favor of Xuanzong. She is dressed in elegant clothes, with Amin Xiu's posture, charm and expectation, which is beyond description. She is proficient in poetry and is a rare talented woman. Because he loves plum blossoms, plum trees are planted everywhere. Whenever plum blossoms are in full bloom, he loves flowers to linger. Posthumous title, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, is Mei Fei, and posthumous title is Meijing. Tang Xuanzong once loved her, but all the other concubines in the harem turned a blind eye. Jiang Caiping is cold and confident. Now she is clean, but she is not stained with mud. She is not jealous of beauty, she is good at writing. She often compares herself with Xie Daowen, a talented woman in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. See Resources for details. ...
