Character experience

In terms of porcelain-making skills, I admire learning from the ancients. In the past ten years, I have visited almost all the kiln sites in Longquan Kiln and Xikou, and read all the historical documents about Longquan celadon. He has a profound understanding and unique insights into the history and development of Longquan celadon. Extensive reading, especially his love for modern poetry, philosophy and classical Chinese, cultivated his unique perspective on Longquan celadon. Rich cultural accumulation and in-depth grasp of ancient Longquan celadon make his works win the charm of the Southern Song Dynasty, and together with Shi, he is known as the Wang Yangming School of Longquan Celadon, leading the contemporary Longquan literati porcelain school. Creative self-demand is extremely high, and non-quality goods are not displayed, which has been recognized and agreed by scholars and industry experts. Chen Xianfa, a famous poet and connoisseur of ancient ceramics, commented that porcelain making has a master style.

Winning record

20 10 started the "Tianbi" celadon brand together with Shitingyuan and began to participate in the celadon competition. His works have won the Silver Award in the 9th National Ceramic Art Design Innovation Appraisal, the 11th China Arts and Crafts Award in the "Tiangong Art Garden Baihua Cup", the 2nd Zhejiang Ceramic Inheritance and Firing Skills Appraisal, and the 5th China International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo. But taking part in the awards, in his words, is a helpless move to cope with this era, which is nothing more than solving a saying that the current competition, like the "master", has become a model, so it refuses to participate in any professional title evaluation and insists on letting the works speak!

Viewpoint discussion

He is the author of Porcelain Degree (Selected Works), Longquan Celadon, a Classic Element of China Culture, the Inheritance and Innovation of Longquan Celadon, A Guide to the Dying of Celadon Industry, Incompetence Makes Rich Collectors, Fragments of Words, and Longquan Celadon Appreciation Guide.

Porcelain-making viewpoint: 1 At present, the inheritance of Longquan celadon is more important than innovation.

2. My opinion on Longquan celadon making modern utensils.

3. A clumsy person is smart, and a smart person is clumsy.

4. God is greater than the wisdom of form, and form is greater than God.

representative works

Bell Cup: China has a history of more than 2,000 years since the Han Dynasty at the latest. Dragon Six is a pepper map, and people often carve its image on the gate to simplify paving the way. This cup is thick in shape, with purple mouth along the mouth, simple and exquisite, especially one ear. Ge Kiln Ring Ear Pot: The shape of the pot originated from the painted pottery of Majiayao in the new era, and its value lies in the treatment of the mouth. The edge of the mouth shrinks inward, revealing an extremely delicate purple mouth during the firing process, which makes the whole utensil move upward, changing the clumsy shape of the traditional bowl and showing a delicate state. Geyao luxury mouth plate: the utensils are subtle and elegant, and there are obvious ribs on the inside of the mouth, which makes the mouth of the utensils introverted and tight, and the utensils are full and energetic, with the style of official kiln. Lu-style furnace: Bronze ware with simple shape and precise details, which embodies the porcelain-making concept of "humble people are clever". Its value lies in the perfect combination of bronze ware and Longquan celadon. It has both the noble atmosphere of bronze and the subtle and elegant temperament of celadon. Ear-ringed purple bottle: clumsy, full and smart. The upper part of the bottle mouth is slightly open, and the ring ears are exquisite and harmonious, which makes the utensils move upward. There is also an excellent purple mouth, which makes the utensils look lifelike.
