Daniel defoe (1660 ~ 173 1) is a British writer. 1660 was born in a small industrial and commercial family in London. 173 1 died in Morford on April 26th. When I was young, I had only a general secondary education. In his early years, he ran a business and a factory, and later he ran a newspaper, published political books and participated in political struggles within the party. He has traveled all over England and Scotland for many years to understand the situation of public opinion. He was convicted twice for writing, and his novel creation entered its heyday near the Huajia era. Robinson Crusoe, the first novel, is a masterpiece and pioneering work of modern English novels. Based on the adventures of the hero of the same name and the development of a desert island, this novel reflects the life, morality and ideals of the British colonial period, and immediately became a popular reading after publication. He also wrote two sequels to this novel, as well as the novels Captain singleton, Moore Flanders, Colonel Jacques and Rich Second Generation (also known as Roksana), which lacked the originality of Robinson Crusoe in ideological content and artistic skills. In addition to novels, he also wrote travel notes, biographies and other domestic and foreign documentary works, such as Campbell's Biography, The Deaf Servant, The Story of Peter the Great, Travel Notes Around the World, A Journey to the Island of Britain, The Plague Age, etc., as well as commercial and trade works.
