Chapter III Membership Article 6 A member who applies to join this Association must meet the following conditions: (1) To support and abide by the articles of association of this Association; (2) Having the will to join this Association; (3) All poets, poetry researchers, poetry translators and poetry lovers who have published or published a certain level of poetry at home and abroad have the right to apply for membership. (4) Priority conditions for membership: popular writers from major well-known websites, members of writers' associations at or above the provincial level in Chinese mainland, and outstanding online poets from overseas and ethnic minorities can be given priority to join. (5) Developing members should adhere to the principle of paying equal attention to character and poetry, and put character first, not lack. Article 7 Membership procedures: (1) Submit an application for membership with works attached; (2) After being examined and approved by the Standing Council of this Association, the membership will be approved and a membership card will be issued. Article 8 Members shall enjoy the following rights: (1) The right to vote, to be elected and to vote; (two) to participate in the activities of this association; (three) the priority of obtaining the services of this association, the priority of publishing works in the publications of this association, and the priority of editing and publishing works of this association; (four) have the right to criticize and suggest the work of this association; (5) Freedom to join and quit voluntarily. Article 9 Members shall perform the following obligations: (1) To implement the resolutions of this Association; (two) do not spread rumors, do not damage social reputation, do not form gangs, and safeguard the unity and legitimate rights and interests of this association. (three) to complete the work assigned by the association and actively participate in the activities and construction of the association; (4) no membership fee is charged at the beginning of the establishment of the association; (five) actively participate in the construction of the association website, reflect the creative situation, academic information and provide relevant materials to the association. (6) Actively contact and develop members to carry forward the humanistic spirit of China Online Poetry Society. Article 10 A member who withdraws from the meeting shall submit a written application and return his membership card; If a member fails to participate in the activities of the community and the website under the community for 3 months without any reason, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal; If a member fails to abide by the articles of association, he will be punished according to the seriousness of the case. If the circumstances are serious, he will be directly expelled from the membership and published on the website of the association. Article 11 If a member seriously violates the articles of association, he shall be removed from the membership after discussion by the Council and reported to the Standing Council for voting.
Chapter IV Generation and Dismissal of Organizational Structure and Responsible Person Article 12 The highest authority of this Association is the member congress, and its functions and powers are: (1) to formulate and amend the articles of association of this Association; (2) To elect and recall members of the Council; (three) to decide on major issues and appointment and removal of the association. Article 13 A resolution of a member's congress must be adopted by more than half of the delegates present before it can take effect. Article 14 Members' congresses are held every three years. If it is necessary to renew or postpone in advance due to special circumstances, it must be voted by the Council and submitted to the Standing Council for approval. Article 15 The Council is the executive body of the general assembly, leading the Association to carry out academic activities and daily work when the general assembly is not in session, and being responsible to the general assembly. Article 16 The functions and powers of the board of directors: (1) To implement the resolutions of the members' congresses; (two) to elect and recall the president, vice president and secretary general; (three) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress; (four) to report the work and financial situation to the members' congress; (five) to lead the work of this group; (six) to formulate internal management system; (seven) to decide on other major issues. Article 17 In principle, the meeting of the board of directors shall be held within the group of QQ directors. The meeting of the board of directors of the group company can only be held when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolution can only take effect when more than two thirds of the directors present vote. Article 18 The Council shall hold a meeting at least once a year, and the meeting shall be held by network in principle. Under special circumstances, organize directors to hold on-site meetings. Article 19 The Association shall establish a standing council, which shall be composed of the president, vice president, secretary general and deputy secretary general. When the Council is not in session, it shall exercise its functions and powers and be responsible to the Council (the number of executive directors shall not exceed 0.3 of the number of 65,438+directors). Article 20 The Standing Council shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the executive directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only after being voted by more than two thirds of the executive directors present at the meeting. Twenty-first meetings of the Standing Council shall be held at least once every six months, and may be held according to actual needs under special circumstances. Article 22 The term of office of the president of the Association is six years, and the term of office of the vice president, secretary-general and deputy secretary-general is three years. Article 23 The president of this Association shall be the legal representative of this Association, and the legal representative of this Association shall not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other similar organizations. Article 24 The president of the Association shall exercise the following functions and powers: (1) Convene and preside over the Council and the Standing Council; (two) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congresses, councils, standing councils and presidium meetings; (3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Association, or entrusting the vice president and the Secretary General to sign relevant important documents. Article 25 The Secretary-General of the Association shall exercise the following functions and powers: (1) To formulate and organize the implementation of the annual work plan; (two) to arrange the layout of the society and the related work of the following institutions; (3) Handling other daily affairs; (4) Signing important documents entrusted by the President.

Article 28 An association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of financial information. Twenty-ninth before changing or replacing the legal representative, the association must accept the financial audit of the member congress. Article 30 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Association. Article 31 All the staff members of this Association are volunteers without pay. Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association Article 32 Any amendment to the Articles of Association shall be submitted to the members' congress for deliberation and approval. Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Disposal of Property after Termination Article 33 When this Association is dissolved by itself due to the completion of its purpose, or needs to be cancelled due to the principle of separation or merger, the Council or the Standing Council shall put forward termination opinions. Article 34 the proposal to terminate this association shall be approved by the general meeting of members. Article 35 Before the termination of this Association, the creditor's rights and debts shall be cleared up and the aftermath shall be handled.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions Article 36 The right to interpret these Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Association. Article 37 The Articles of Association shall come into effect as of the date of voting by the general meeting of members.
