As a staff member of the office of the Political Department, my duty is to assist the leadership, management and service of every police officer and judicial work according to the requirements of the party group of the hospital. The nature of the work of the Political Department itself is passive. Generally, related work is carried out in accordance with the deployment of higher authorities and the requirements of leaders, and it is carried out well. This leads to the lack of initiative in our work, and my backstage work is particularly passive, and everything must be implemented. So I thought, can we increase the initiative of our work in the future? I have been working in the political department for almost a year and a half. In this process, I gradually mastered some work rules, and I often think: how to make my work more forward-looking? For example, the recruitment of staff of the two academies around April every year, the grading of judges twice a year in April and September, and the data collection at the end of each year. I can report these tasks to the leaders in advance, and try to prepare some relevant materials for the leaders when I have time, and do some relevant preliminary work to make the daily work orderly. For the work assigned by hospital leaders and department leaders, before the concrete implementation, can we think more about every detail and make the results more complete, so as to fully understand the spirit and implement the decisions and instructions of the party group and leaders? In short, good deeds must be done well, and we should not be indifferent or even dismissive of the care of leaders because of our own words or actions. For example, the birthday card issued by the college party group to every policeman, solatium's work. If I send greeting cards and solatium on the afternoon of the policeman's birthday, or I send them a few days after the policeman's birthday, or I just say bluntly: This is your 200 yuan; That is bound to violate the original intention of the party group to carry out this work, the care of the party group can not be implemented, and the police officers can not feel the warmth of the organization. Details determine success or failure! I said in the post competition that as long as we do every little thing assigned by the party group and department leaders, we can contribute to the great cause of the court.
