1992, Maanshan China International Poetry Festival was listed as one of the key tourism festivals of China International Tourism Year 100 by the state. 1995, Maanshan International Poetry Festival is hosted by the provincial government, and undertaken by Maanshan Municipal People's Government and Provincial Tourism Bureau.
