This is the five-character poem "Journey to the South of the Yangtze River" written by the poet Zu Yong of the Tang Dynasty:

Journey to the South of the Yangtze River

The Chushan Mountains are endless, and the way back is bleak.

Watch the rain when the sea is clear, and listen to the tide at night when the river sounds.

The sword stays close to the south, and the book is sent to the north wind.

To report empty pond oranges, I sent them to Luoqiao without a matchmaker.
