Xiangyang District is good.
1. Environmental. Xiangyang District has most of the green belts and is located in the city center with good air quality, while Qianqian District is located in the west of the city and is mostly industrial areas with poor air quality.
2. Population. Xiangyang District has 50% of the population of Jiamusi, and the remaining 50% is distributed in the other three districts, including Qianjin District.
