4. Courage to explore new models of class management

In my work as a class teacher, I have the courage to explore new models of class management by formulating the "Class Charter" and "Student Code of Conduct in School" , class songs, class slogans, etc., to establish an objective, just, fair, and positive image among students; give full play to the role of class leaders and establish a completely autonomous class management model.
