Chapter 1: Beautiful Jiuhua Mountain
There is a mountain that I have longed for since I was a child. Its name is Jiuhua Mountain.
This summer vacation, I finally went to Jiuhua Mountain for a trip. In the car, I heard other people say: Jiuhua Mountain is the most famous mountain among the four Buddhist mountains. Thousands of years ago, a Korean prince named Jin Qiaojue (now Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva) worshiped Chinese Buddhist culture and came to China alone regardless of danger. While preaching Buddhism in Mount Jiuhua, he practiced with great concentration, and finally achieved enlightenment. Later, it was passed down from generation to generation, and finally Jiuhua Mountain became a famous Buddhist mountain.
Mount Jiuhua not only has Buddhism flourishing, but also has beautiful scenery. It is because of the flourishing Buddhist culture that there is a strange natural scenery - the Sleeping Buddha. The Sleeping Buddha is composed of countless hills. There is a deep circular ditch at the foot of the mountain, which is the eyes of the sleeping Buddha. There is a mountain behind the eyes. There is an "M" shaped mountain behind the high mountain. There is a semicircular mountain behind the "M" shaped mountain. These are the sleeping Buddha's nose, mouth and belly. Under the clouds and mist, the Sleeping Buddha is looming, which is extremely beautiful.
If you are not interested in these scenery and want to see some flowers, plants and trees, then Phoenix Pine is a first-class attraction. The whole pine tree is about 2 to 5 meters high, which is almost as tall as the combined height of two third- and fourth-grade students. The tree is not very thick and can be hugged by an adult. The shape of the tree is very special: it looks like a phoenix with its head held high and its wings spread. It seemed like I could fly into the sky immediately. Phoenix pine not only has the reputation of "the first pine in the south of the Yangtze River", but it is also a national first-class protected plant!
Ah, Jiuhua Mountain, your beautiful scenery is so unforgettable!
Chapter 2: Visiting Jiuhua Mountain
During the summer vacation, I was lucky enough to visit Jiuhua Mountain with my parents.
Jiuhua Mountain has beautiful scenery and is surrounded by mountains, and Tiantai Peak is the crown of the mountains in Jiuhua Mountain. The ancients said that a visit to Jiuhua Mountain is not considered if you do not reach Tiantai Peak. Therefore, as soon as we arrived at Jiuhua Mountain, we rushed to Tiantai Peak non-stop.
After a heavy rain caused clouds and fog to cover the mountains, we walked through the clouds and fog and set foot on the valley. Looking from afar, Tiantai Peak is high in the clouds, standing like a silver sword piercing the sky in the clouds and mist. As we drove, we enjoyed the scenery along the way. Pass by Centennial Palace, Four Seasons Pavilion, and go to the foot of Tiantai Peak Mountain under the ancient Phoenix pine tree.
Looking up at Tiantai Peak, the peak is shrouded in clouds and mist, like a ribbon falling from the clouds. The tourists are like small white dots, scattered here and there, slowly moving upward.
At first I was very motivated, but as the mountain road became steeper and the weight of my body increased, my motivation gradually decreased. After a while, the "huchihuchi" couldn't stand it anymore. I had to stop and look at the foot of the mountain. The ancient Phoenix pine trees were already like saplings. Looking at the top of the mountain, the rooftop was still far away from me. How long was the road to the top? I want to back off... Mom sees me like this. He said, "We'll be there after walking up the stone steps." I gathered all my strength and rushed forward, but within ten or so steps, I ran out of breath and sat down on the stone steps. I wouldn't leave, even if you kill me. . Dad saw it and said: "If you want to see a thousand miles away, go to the next level. If you want to see the panoramic view of Mount Jiuhua, you have to go to Tiantai Peak." After listening to Dad's words, most of my fatigue disappeared and I continued to move forward.
After some hard work. Finally, I climbed to the top of the peak and looked around. I saw the vast expanse of mountains and the Jiuhua Peak like lotus flowers looming in the sea of ??clouds. Then I looked at the three characters "not human" engraved on the stone wall, which seemed even more vivid.
When I came back, the beautiful scenery of Jiuhua Mountain still kept popping up in my mind.
Chapter 3: Touring Jiuhua Mountain
Li Bai, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, once famously said, "I was on the Jiujiang River in the past, looking at the Jiuhua Peak in the distance. The green water of the Tianhe River shows off the nine hibiscus." Psalms.
During the summer vacation, I was lucky enough to go to Jiuhua Mountain with my father.
The rooftop is the crown of Jiuhua Peak. In ancient times, there was a saying that "you don't have to have visited Mount Jiuhua if you don't reach the rooftop." On the day we arrived at Jiuhua Mountain, my father and I headed straight for the rooftop without stopping.
Just after a heavy rain, the mountains were filled with clouds and mist. My father and I set foot on the mountain trail through clouds and fog. There are trees on both sides of the mountain road and gurgling water. Looking from a distance, Tiantai Peak is high in the clouds, standing like a silver sword piercing the sky in the clouds and mist. As we drove, we enjoyed the scenery along the way, passing by the Centennial Palace, returning to Xiang Pavilion, and ending in front of the ancient Fenghuang Pine at the foot of Tiantai Peak.
Looking up at the rooftop, there are clouds and mist on the peak, and the mountain path is winding, like a ribbon falling from the clouds. Tourists are like little white dots scattered on the ribbons.
At first I was very energetic and passed several old people. However, as the mountain road became obviously steeper, my momentum gradually disappeared. After a while, I was sweating profusely and breathing heavily. I stopped and looked down at the foot of the mountain. The ancient Phoenix pine trees were already like saplings. Looking up at the top again, I saw flying clouds and mist. How much further is there to go? I feel like giving up. However, after exerting all my strength, I only walked about ten steps before I sat down on the ground, unable to walk anymore.
After some hard work, I accumulated enough strength to reach the top. Here you can listen to the pines and flowing springs, and look around you. There is a huge sea of ??people, but the Jiuhua peaks are like lotuses blooming in the sea of ??clouds. As far as the eye can see, the river looks like a train. In the distance, Huangshan Mountain, Lushan Mountain and other famous mountains are looming.
At this time, when I look at the three words "inhuman" carved on the stone wall, I feel that it is more vivid.
“If you want to see a thousand miles away, go to a higher level.” Yes, it takes a lot of effort to climb the peak.
Chapter 4: Challenge Jiuhua Mountain
Jiuhua Mountain is located at the junction of Tianwei Town and Changtai Town, Licheng, Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province. This time, I came to Jiuhua Mountain to climb with the goal of exercising.
I took my father’s car and just arrived at Jiuhua Mountain. I saw that Jiuhua Mountain has many mountains and clusters of green peaks, shaped like nine lotus flowers, standing in front of me. No wonder it has the name of "Jiuhua Mountain". The scale gives people a deep shock; in the mountains, there are neatly arranged stairs. Unless you are a little strong, you can't even think of climbing up in one breath. There is a pavilion every one or two stairs for people who are afraid of being tired. rest.
I pulled up my clothes, straightened my chest, pretended to be solemn and walked up the stairs with my father, and immediately started running. My father advised me from behind not to run too fast, but I pretended not to hear. Keep running. As expected, as soon as I started running, I was out of breath from exhaustion, my heart was pressed against my back, my body was dripping with sweat, and big beads of sweat fell, drowning the little ants passing by. My face turned red and I pressed my hands on my knees with a look of regret on my face. Dad saw my embarrassed look, secretly turned around, put his hand on his mouth and chuckled "haha", then turned to me and said: "If you don't listen to dad, you will suffer a big loss in front of you, because you ran so fast." "You must be exhausted." He handed me a bottle of mineral water from the bag on his waist and took me to the pavilion to rest. I took the mineral water and drank it like a gulp, still breathing heavily.
Because I was not convinced, I insisted on leaving immediately. After learning the lesson just now, I walked up calmly, step by step in a rhythmic manner. When I was tired, I stopped, twisted my body, turned my arms in a circle, straightened my waist, and then continued walking up.
After a while, my father and I walked up to the top of the mountain and looked down. The beautiful and spectacular scenery was unobstructed. High-rise buildings, small rivers and streams were all in our eyes. The breeze blew away all the fatigue. Walking makes people feel refreshed and relaxed, and they can feel everything on the top of the mountain. I think it is really worth coming to Jiuhua Mountain because you can feel the breeze, enjoy the beautiful scenery and exercise.
Chapter 5: One-day trip to Mount Jiuhua
Early this morning, our family and Aunt Wu’s family went to Mount Jiuhua to visit. Along the way, the fog was extremely heavy! As soon as we left Wuhu, the fog was so heavy that we couldn’t even see the road clearly.
When we arrived at the foot of Jiuhua Mountain, we took the mountaineering bus instead. Along the way, the mountain road was extremely steep, and there was a cliff as far as the eye could see. I didn't dare to look down.
When we reached the top of the mountain, there were many temples on the mountain. We first came to the Main Hall and worshiped the Buddha. As soon as we went out, I saw my father taking a photo with a copper coin tree! Then, we came to the Centenary Palace. As soon as we entered the door, we bought incense. When we got to the place where the incense was burned, we each burned three sticks of incense and then left. Dad said that worshiping Buddha should start from the heart. After playing and playing, we were all hungry, so we went to the restaurant to eat. But when the food was served, I was dumbfounded. The table was full of vegetarian dishes. It turns out that meat is not allowed in the Buddhist holy land. In order to respect the gods, I had to give in. Greedy.
What impressed me most was the ascetic monk. He was dressed in ragged clothes, wearing straw sandals, and his lips were chapped with thirst. He bowed to Buddha every step he took. It was really touching. There were many people watching, but my father was the first to give the money. He respectfully told the master that he had worked hard and asked him to buy a bowl of rice. I think dad did the right thing.
This is my one-day trip to Mount Jiuhua! Although I am tired, I am very happy.
Chapter 6: The four seasons of Jiuhua Mountain
The ancients said: If the mountain is not high, there will be immortals. I think the mountains are not high, but the scenery is great. My family lives next to Jiuhua Mountain, which is only a four- to five-minute walk away. The four seasons in Jiuhua Mountain are very beautiful and charming. I often go there for a walk.
In spring, walking into Jiuhua Mountain, the warm sunshine shines through the branches, making it look a bit dazzling. The breeze blows, the flowers nod and smile, the buds on the trees sway with the wind, and birds ring in the ears. The chirping of dogs, the barking of puppies, the bells from Xuanzang Temple, and the footsteps and laughter of people. Walking on such a path and listening to the sounds of nature, we seem to have returned to nature. , my mood was particularly happy at this time, and I felt that my steps were getting lighter and lighter.
In summer, you will feel very cool when you walk into Jiuhua Mountain, because there are many big trees here, and each big tree grows lush and green. When you stand under the trees, you will feel cool breeze blowing on your face. Come. The cicada on the tree has been singing loudly, like an insect musician, singing brisk cicada songs for people one after another, adding a sense of fun to nature. However, the cicada can only live for one summer. When the autumn wind blows, the cicada's life will be over.
In autumn, the autumn wind blows, and the leaves of various colors on the trees fall down with the wind, yellow, red, coffee... some dance like butterflies, some spread their wings like oriole, and some are like orioles spreading their wings. Some were spinning lightly like dancers... Suddenly, the ground was covered with a colorful carpet. There are fallen leaves all over the mountain road, among the rocks, and under the big trees. They are soft and make a "rustling" sound when you step on them.
In winter, after a snowfall, Mount Jiuhua is covered with a thick woolen coat. The world at the foot of the mountain is also full of pure white. Most of the leaves on the mountain have long since fallen.
Only the pines and cypresses are still as tall and tall as before, and have not lost their green color. But after the green is covered with snow, it looks like small silver flowers blooming, which is very pleasing to people. The stone steps were also covered with white snow, which made a creaking sound when you stepped on them. Wherever you step on, you will leave a series of small footprints.
I can’t get enough of the beauty of Mount Jiuhua. There are countless sights in Mount Jiuhua. There are many beautiful places in the world. I especially love Mount Jiuhua in front of my door.
Chapter 7: Beautiful Jiuhua Mountain
Today, my mother, uncle, aunt, grandpa and grandma came to the Buddhist holy land - Jiuhua Mountain.
We decided to go to the big rooftop first. As soon as we got on the cable car, the cable car started as soon as we sat down. I looked down from the car window, ah! There is an abyss below that makes people feel dizzy. The cliffs and stone walls were smooth and sparkling in the sunlight. If you look carefully, you will see that the cracks in the walls are covered with small flowers and grass. Some of the cracks are covered with grass, and some stone walls are still covered with green pines and cypresses. Although they have withstood wind and rain all year round, they are still beautiful. Shows infinite vitality.
The cable car kept carrying us up, and after a while, we came to the big rooftop. The big rooftop was very high. We stopped and walked. After a while, we came to a temple. This temple was filled with smoke and there were people. While chanting the Buddha's hymns non-stop, I also burned incense and worshiped the Buddha, wow! There are Tathagata Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Tang Monk here, so I also bowed several times to each Buddha.
We walked up again and came to a scenic spot: "Dapeng Listening to Sutras". Legend has it that a Dapeng flew here and saw Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva chanting sutras. He was curious and lay down. Hear it on a stone, be moved by the sutra and turn into a stone. Wow! This is really like a roc!
Then we went to another temple. This temple not only has incense and Buddhist seals but also has eighteen Arhats and the God of Wisdom! As for me, of course I bowed to everyone.
After playing on the big rooftop, we took the cable car back to the starting station with great joy.
Then, we came to the Palace of the Flesh. There are "heart-linking locks" here. Many locks are connected together. Some are about the size of my feet, and some are only as big as a thumb! We "hurriedly" rushed to the "small rooftop". There were many chickens along the way. They held out their necks and shouted loudly. Time passed so fast. We arrived at the small rooftop in no time. We burned incense, worshiped the Buddha, and left. .
Soon, we arrived at the last stop - the Main Hall! There are dragons and phoenixes here, and they are all so lifelike that they seem to be flying! I even sat on it and took pictures!
Finally, we reluctantly went home.
Chapter 8: Climbing Jiuhua Mountain
Over the weekend, my mother proposed to climb Mount Jiuhua. Of course my father and I readily agreed (I heard my mother say that her colleagues had climbed it several times before). back). We packed up our gear and headed towards Jiuhua Mountain, which we had been longing for for a long time.
When we arrived at Xitianwei Town, we found out that it would take two hours to hike up the mountain. Everyone was dumbfounded. We happened to have a car going up the mountain, so we took a car up. Along the way, the car seemed to be traveling through a green ribbon. From time to time, we could see many wild flowers in bloom. We only recognized one or two of them, such as yellow chrysanthemums, purple morning glories, and others that we couldn’t even name. Come be famous. The mountain road became bumpier and bumpier as we walked, and the car shook so hard that we were like riding a pirate ship, swaying this way and that, but this did not reduce our excitement at all.
"Thousands of rocks have many twists and turns." Amidst the screams, I saw several buildings standing abruptly on the top of a mountain. Dad said that was Jiuhua Mountain. We were almost at the top of the mountain. I got off the car and went straight to the foot of the mountain. The "ladder" that went straight to the top of the mountain was so high, as if it was hanging from the sky. The buildings on the mountain seemed to be in the sky, connected to the white clouds, and drifting with the white clouds. With.
We followed the "Ladder to Heaven" and climbed up to the top of the mountain on our hands and knees and came to the "Tianmen".
“From the top of the mountain, you can see all the mountains and small mountains.” Standing in front of the “Yunduan Palace” and looking around, you can have a panoramic view of Putian. At the foot is a lush, green mountain, one mountain on top of the other, one on top of the other, and there are many mountains on top of each other. This is probably the origin of "Jiuhua Overlapping Green"; while Dongzhen Reservoir lies quietly among the mountains, Reflecting the green mountains and white clouds, it is like a fairy mirror falling into the mortal world; further away are the buildings in the city. The tall buildings are like children's toys at this time, and the wide roads are the lines passing through them. Among the toys, the cars on the road are like little ants, and people can't see them at all; at the end of the field of vision, the mountains become hazy, as if they are shrouded in gauze, and as if they have been washed. Milk bath. Looking up, the sky is exceptionally blue, as if it has been washed; the clouds are exceptionally white, as if they are within reach. We are simply riding on white clouds to travel between heaven and earth.
We stand against the mountain, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and enjoy the gifts that nature has given us.
