Extended data:

Andersen's initial attempt to create fairy tales began with his rewriting of stories he heard as a child. By creating a series of bold and novel fairy tales, Andersen raised this kind of works to a new height. However, these fairy tales were not widely recognized at first.

1835, the first volume of world-famous children's stories was published in Copenhagen. Later, more stories were published in 1836 and 1837, and finally the first volume consisted of nine stories. The value of these stories was not immediately realized by people, and the sales volume was very bad.

On the other hand, Andersen's novels Oort (1836) and Just a Fiddler (1837) seem to be successful, and the latter has also been evaluated by Soren Abai Kierkegaard, which is regarded as the best novels of Andersen.

1838, the second part of the story for children came out. It includes fairy tales of daisies, mermaids, determined tin soldiers and wild swans. Until 1872, Andersen's fairy tales were still published.

In western countries, stories like The Ugly Duckling, The King's New Clothes and princess and the pea have long been household names, but only a few people can name their authors. Like the story of Charles perrot, they have become the common heritage of mankind, and like the works of Brothers Grimm, they have become real folk stories. In the China version of fairy tales, a large number of Nordic elements are assimilated into China cultural circle elements.
