When practicing, sink your shoulders and hang your elbows. Shoulder elbow is not a fist.

The waist is flexible and difficult to collapse.

The legs are bent into virtual reality, and the essence of Tai Chi is inside.

Breathe down the Dantian point and let the natural ink lead you.

Up and down are integrated, and the movements are always connected.

Seek quietness in movement and consideration in practice.
