Because we don't know, we don't know what we think.
As human beings, we know nothing about the origin of life. We make up our own stories. Life is a complete mystery to us. We can't prove that we are from God or the amoeba acid pool. We weren't there. There was no one there at first.
So there is only story theory. A theory of life consisting of symbols of power and meaning. This is how the poetry school works ... it uses symbols and words to explain the unknown source of life.
Science is a story-just like any school of poetry. It creates symbols of life elements. Declare victory. This is how the school of poetry works ... it uses symbols to create life stories.
Why study literature? Every story has secrets. Discovering secrets is a great pleasure. Literature is to uncover secrets. This secret is deeply rooted in the story creation thinking of Homo sapiens.
If we don't study literature, that is, human stories, we can't understand the depth and outline of human mind, and we can't understand our origin, or to some extent, we must imitate and reflect the origin of God's mind.
Why should we reflect the creator's thoughts? Because apples don't fall too far away from trees. What is the secret of Homo sapiens? Is it easy? How does a person know all the human experiences beyond his limited scope? So we need other stories about human life. Literature is another way to tell the secrets of human mind.
It is impossible for us to understand all aspects of human experience in our limited life experience. Therefore, we read the stories of other life experiences-we know the secrets that other life accidentally discovered.

What's the secret of this story? Not just the love between two people. This is common ... right? But if you read it carefully, you will find that Rochester has fallen in love with Jane at the moment when Jane frightened Rochester's horse and made him fall off the car.

But, sure enough, the next time they met in the house ... he regarded her as his "object of worship". "There was no transition ... he never hesitated ... he chose her. No way. You have to find out the truth. It's a secret.
He has been fascinated by her existence. He chose her. He loves her completely. This is part of the direct tension between them. His interest surprised her. The rest of the story is just that he is playing with her feelings ... testing her heart.
