Slug is an article in The Book of Songs Nan Zhou. The theme of this poem has always been interpreted in many ways. Generally speaking, it describes the scene of a woman picking slugs. Some people think that it is a woman's lovesick work, while others speculate that it is based on the name of slugs to describe a woman's fertility.
There are three main theories about the theme of this novel. The first is the theory of thorns. "Preface to Mao's Poems" holds that poems satirize women's picking wild vegetables, which is roughly interpreted by later generations. The second is the theory of seeking children.
Judging from the word "picking", the protagonist of the poem is full of enthusiasm when collecting wild vegetables, which is not like a chore, so it is more credible to interpret the poem as a woman who wants to get pregnant and have children. Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica records: "One woman and one baby are decisive and clever." It's flat, and it's common to cross each other's pretenses after flying in yin and yang, probably because the ancients didn't know its sound.
However, seeing its effect, we take an image from the form, or directly describe its sound and become a poem. In this way, this poem is a masterpiece of great wealth and common sense, which can not only be compared with Guan Ju, the opening work of The Book of Songs.
In the history of love poems, it can also be compared with the famous poem Shensi in Wen Xin Diao Long. The third is the theory of love. Ephemera and Return are rare poems that directly describe love in The Book of Songs. Mr. Qian Zhongshu pointed out in The Cone of the Tube: Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica said: "Here, the sound is' open'; Mi, sound' symbol'; The same' v' as' v nose'. "
Li Shizhen pronounced the word "Qi" as "Kai", which not only sounded similar, but also had the same meaning. It means "love" and "affection". Shuo Wen Jie Zi interprets "Gui" as "good appearance". Duan Yucai's Note: "Here Guang Yun is written as' Gui', which is suspected to be borrowed from Shi Mao's' Gui'."
It seems that "Gui" and "Gui" may be the same word, just ancient and modern words. Repeat three or four sentences and rhyme one or two. On the whole, it is a double rhyme and even rhyme. The whole poem has a distinct rhythm and beautiful rhyme. One or two sentences and one rhyme in each chapter constitute adagio melody; Change three or four sentences into one rhyme, which is lively and catchy to read.
Repeating the poem "waste" is a typical form. There are three chapters and twelve sentences in the whole poem, and only six verbs-pick, have, ignore, shun, lick and end-are constantly changing. The rest are all overlapping. In order to conform to the harmony and cadence of music and the symmetry or echo of literary meaning, each chapter of "Ephemera" also adopts the method of changing the uneven level of sentence patterns to repeat.
For example, in the first chapter: "The mining volume ... has a son ... the mining volume ... has a son ..." In the second chapter, the uneven change adopts the method of parity comparison: "The mining volume ... has seven children ... which is embarrassing ... the mining volume has been reduced. ...
