Jinjingwan Civic Square is divided into East Zone and West Zone, separated by a wide Ruyizong Second Road. The whole park is open, with no gate. There are many kinds of vegetation in the park, including tall shady trees, short flowers and plants, clusters of shrubs and patches of green lawns. Mingfengshan Park is located at the intersection of Huandao Road and Cuiyuan South Road, close to famous tourist attractions such as Haitan Ancient City, Sanjiao Lake and Tannan Bay. Bougainvillea and other flowers are dotted on both sides, blooming quietly and strolling among them, which is refreshing.
Along the purple-blue and water-blue ecological permeable concrete garden road, walking on the overhead plank road at the top of the park, the ancient city of Haitan has a panoramic view. The winding plank road extends to the distant scenery, overlooking the distant city and sea, and enjoying the beautiful picture of modern cities, ancient towns and nature. There are also strange stones, such as snails and carp. It is also preserved in parks with hidden Woods.
As one of the top ten parks in Pingtan, the stone carving on the wall of Mingfengshan Park is a highlight, among which the cliff stone carving is the first case of park construction in the whole province. In the design, the park skillfully uses the original quarry landform of the mountain, uses local materials, beautifies granite and cliffs in the quarry through stone carving and stone carving, and shows relevant figures and stories in Pingtan in different historical periods.
