Immortality, as the name implies, is immortality, but everyone's body is going to die in this life. Everyone has a soul and the soul is immortal. But only those who believe in Jesus, God's only son, can their sins be forgiven, get a new spirit and enter the kingdom of heaven for eternal life. This is eternal life. Unbelievers are condemned, and their souls enter the lake of fire and suffer eternal punishment.
Bible: (1 John 5: 1 1- 12) This witness is that God has given us eternal life, and this eternal life is also in his son. People have life if they have the son of God, and there is no life without the son of God.
