In many enterprises, trade union work is nothing more than organizing employees to play ball, sing, dance and tug-of-war, which has no effect, leading to the weakening of trade union functions, the weakening of job responsibilities, the marginalization of employees, the vague work effect and the failure to play its due role.
According to the Trade Union Law and the Articles of Association of the Trade Union, the trade union is a mass organization of the working class, a bridge and link between the party and the workers, an important pillar of the state power and a representative of the interests of its members and workers.
In state-owned enterprises, trade unions, together with the party and government, are called troika, which is an important part of state-owned enterprises. The director of the trade union office plays a sacred role in safeguarding workers' rights and interests, coordinating labor relations and building the "four haves" workforce of enterprises, with great responsibility and glorious mission. Labor dispute is the most prominent, prone to occur, frequent and intractable contradiction in enterprises. The reason why labor problems are high is easy to happen. After the dispute, the workers went directly to the leaders instead of the trade unions, which highlighted the dereliction of duty of the trade unions and the absence of the office director.

(1) Solve the problem of children's enrollment. The education of employees' children is the biggest worry for employees. This work is the daily work of the trade union. The new school year is about to begin, and the enrollment problem of nearly 40 employees' children needs to be solved urgently.
(2) After the competition, inform the retired employees of the enterprise human resource optimization project and convey the "1735" project of the whole province.
(3) According to the relevant provisions of the provincial government and the relevant requirements of the Trade Union Law, it is suggested that the leaders report the optimization of this human resources project to the superior trade union for the record. Go through procedures, reduce troubles and plug loopholes.
(4) Suggest that leaders put the mental health problems of employees on the agenda. Hire a mental health consultant from the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to carry out psychological intervention on employees, help them enlighten their minds, resolve their knots and make a smooth transition.
