Characteristics of Dai Wangshu s later poems;

In the early stage, Dai Wangshu turned to modernist poetry from early symbolism and crescent school. Under the influence of European and American imagism and late French symbolism, he paid attention to and affirmed the pursuit of "sublime art" and the exploration of "profound human nature". Later poets have moved from the inevitable realm of poetry to the realm of freedom.

While assiduously seeking the true meaning of art, he consciously based himself on the vast realistic soil, realized the good combination of poetry art and real life content, and created his own characteristics on the basis of drawing lessons from western literary techniques.

Therefore, most of Dai Wangshu's later poems can not only be excluded from the mainstream of realistic poetry, but also be unique artistic wonders in realistic poetry garden.
