Nowadays, the general public understands the popular sentence "Lonely Sandbank Cold" simply because Zhou Chuanxiong's song of the same name was popular for a while. I guess the lyricist, Mr. Chen Xinrong, who was the deputy general manager of Sony Taiwan at the time, must have been deeply moved by the background story of Su Shi's creation when he had time to read this. (Important point here: If students want to write good poems and articles, they can just find some translations of ancient poems and then re-create them.)
Before understanding the meaning of this question, you must understand Su Shi. people. Tui Zhi's poem goes: 'On the day of my birth, the moon was in the south. 'It is known that the retreated Mo Scorpion is the palace of the body, and the servant takes the Mo Scorpion as his life. He has received many slanders in his life, which is probably the same disease.
Translation: Han Yu wrote in his poem that he is a Capricorn, and I am also of this constellation. We both have miserable lives, which shows that we are not good zodiac signs.
Although the two were separated by more than 300 years, Su Shi cited Han Yu as his confidant in life, praising him for his "eight generations of literary talent", and Han Yu as the head of the "Eight Great Masters of the Tang and Song Dynasties". However, the life of Scorpio is not much better than that of Capricorn.
Example 3: Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty met Wei Qing in the toilet (Lao Su's Diary)

Translation: Sima Xiangru flattered Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and even wrote a "Book of Fengchan" before he died. This was like using his life to flatter Emperor Wu.
Example 5: Su Shi's account of his hemorrhoids
I suffered from red eyes, or said that I could not eat vegetables. Yu wanted to listen, but couldn't speak, and said: "I and you are mouths, and he and you are eyes. How can he be thick, and how can I be thin?" It is not allowed to waste my food because of his troubles.
Translation: Su Shi suffered from pink eye. Someone told him not to eat meat and eat less greasy food. Su Shi said: My mouth is disobedient.
Also, wouldn’t it be difficult for a man who invented the thousand-year-old Dongpo Pork to stop eating meat? In "A Book with Cheng Zhengfu", he described in detail the process of fighting hemorrhoids. He used Poria cocos and black sesame seeds to make fragrant homemade noodles (known as Dongpo Poria Cake). He wrote to Lao Cheng and told him how to make the Poria Cake. He also said: I don’t eat meat anymore. Since I ate the Poria Cake, my hemorrhoids have become much smaller.
Example 5: "Miscellaneous Notes of Dongpo·Yu Jin Yu Zhuan" describes that Dongpo's poems were so well written that people rushed to copy and recite them. During the reign of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, the imperial court issued an order prohibiting the recitation of his poems. , as a result, people gave the court a resounding slap in the face with practical actions. "My writing is like a spring of ten thousand dendrobiums..." Dongpo also bluntly claimed that his writing was very good.
From the above description, we know that Lao Su is a very cute and interesting person, so we look back at this word. This is a poem he wrote when he was in his forties and was demoted to Huangzhou (Huanggang, Hubei Province) as deputy envoy for regiment training.
The world has always been willing to regard it as a love song rather than an allusion to political frustration. According to "Ci of Sixty Famous Writers of the Song Dynasty·Dongpo Ci", there is also a preface to this poem, which is excerpted as follows:
There is a female prisoner of Wendu, who is quite colorful. At the age of sixteen, she refused to marry. I was very happy when I heard that the slope was coming. Hearing Po's sarcastic chant every night, he wandered under the window. When Po woke up and pushed the window, his daughter jumped over the wall and left. Poe looked at her and said: "I should call Wang Lang and marry his son. Not long after, Po crossed the sea, and the girl died and was buried on the side of the beach. Poe returned to Hui and gave this word.
Su Shi lived in Dinghuiyuan, and every time he was reciting poems late at night, there was always a beautiful woman wandering outside the window. When he opened the window to look for her, she was nowhere to be found. Who sees a lonely person walking around alone? Misty and solitary shadow. "From this point of view, the ghost in the sentence should refer to the mysterious and beautiful woman. After Su Shi left Huangzhou, the woman refused to marry anyone else, died of a broken heart, and was buried on the bank of a sandbank. So, the poem This Que's "Bu Shuzi". Some people wonder why Lao Su did not accept the woman, but looked for the prince's son to marry her, which eventually made her die in depression.
However, I don't think this word is that sad. , this story is just a legend. Su Shi could sadly write "Ten years of life and death, without thinking about it, unforgettable". It is not necessary for Su Shi's ridicule to "pick up all the cold branches." Refusing to live, the lonely sandbank is cold. "It's quite interesting.
