What poets are there in Nanjing?

As a poet who has lived in Nanjing for a long time, I like to write and read poems quietly. There are also a group of Nanjing poets who write silently around me. They are poets Xue, Hu Xian, Zhu Zhu, Liu Yin, Dai Wei,,, Gao Hexiao, Gan Lin, Hu Jianming and Wang Xiaohui (in no particular order). Some of them may not be familiar with the current online poetry world, but they have been working silently, with a long poetic age and profound writing skills. I know them very well and appreciate their serious attitude towards writing. They are only responsible for the soul and conscience, and are not influenced by the current mainstream poetry. Even if they are divorced from mainstream poetry, they always insist on personal reading and writing.

Zhu Zhu, still with long hair and shawl, is very thin. When he speaks, he will show a modest and arrogant smile, which is not easy to detect. Currently living in seclusion in a spacious villa in the eastern suburbs of Nanjing, accompanied by two purebred hounds day and night. He walks his dog regularly every day, plays football in a nearby university in the afternoon, and starts writing all night at night. He is very quiet, keeping a long distance from the poetry world and poets. At present, few people in the online poetry circle know his name. However, his masterpiece Qinghe County won him the status of an important poet at home and abroad and was called "the last poet in Nanjing". The year before last, a high-quality collection of poems, suitcase, was published.

Hu Xian is a diligent poet. He fears time and cherishes it very much, especially the friendship between friends. Nanjing, a city like a transit station, is often visited by poets from all over the world on business and invited to meet him. He would rather put down his books than disappoint his friends, which is a typical example of Su Beiren's kindness and reality. At the same time, it has the intelligence and wisdom of Sunan people. His poems always find a unique starting point, with a sense of "confusing simplicity", but his description of daily life leaves a deep impression, giving people a variety of inspiration and lasting aftertaste. Last year, I was deeply impressed by his poems, such as Autumn Wind and Only Time can despise me. Probably because he always holds a poem lamp in his hand, his poetic scenes give people a sense of trance, and the colors of dreams and realistic details exist, which makes it easy for people to enter the realm of meditation and wisdom from simple scenes. Last year, his poetry collection "Ten Years of Lights" was officially published by Long March Publishing House. This collection of poems condensed the essence of the poet's works published in various newspapers and periodicals from 65438 to 0996.

Haima, a man who dives deeply in the university campus, has been engaged in poetry creation for nearly 20 years and published a large number of works in various newspapers. However, in the university where he works, no one knows that there is a romantic poet lurking around him except that he is the "Minister Wang" of the Propaganda Department of Marxism-Leninism. The 2007 China Poetry Review written by Jiangsu poet Xiaochuan listed him as one of the two most important "returning poets" in 2007.

Zhu Hong, a native of Nanjing, now lives in Beijing. He wrote in an ascetic way and expressed his love and reverence for poetry. He said that writing is the only thing he can do well and be good at. He is the kind of person who will stick to his goal once he has set it. His writing is like climbing a mountain. He never gets distracted and spends time looking at the scenery along the way. His goal is always at the top of the mountain. To this end, he almost gave up all his entertainment and pastimes and devoted himself to writing, which brought him great happiness and happiness and was addicted to it. His poems are very bold, grand and atmospheric, and have the beauty of masculine power. The large-scale group poem "Western Regions" is a good proof. In the past 20 years, he has published various literary books for Yu Ben in the past 30 years, and his achievements are amazing. He is lonely, at the same time, like a rich man with the wealth of the world. Zhu Hong gave me a deep feeling. Although very popular, but very easy-going, very low-key, very inclusive. He is also the pride of our Nanjing poets.

Xue is a veritable Confucian businessman and romantic poet. As early as 1980s, he was active in Nanjing poetry circle. In the 1990s, he stayed away from poetry for some reason, and returned to the poetry circle from the Internet in 2005. He rekindled his poetry with undiminished enthusiasm. Xue spends most of his time among businessmen. Besides the noise he can't get rid of, he is still trying to find a spiritual paradise for himself. He is busy, not just busy. However, he still writes with one eye open and one eye closed, stealing time from work. He wrote poems entirely for himself, which made him very happy and enjoyed. Any genre, gang, pioneer, saliva and utilitarianism in poetry has nothing to do with him. During this period, he wrote many poems in the office, on the train and on the plane, recording his emotional trends and feelings of emotions. Last year, Long March Publishing House published his first book of poetry, Southern Cowboy. Hu Xian has a group of poems about portraits of Nanjing poets, one of which is about the busyness of the poet Xue. I think it's vivid, vivid and not exaggerated at all.

Remo, who is engaged in IT industry, is the planning director of a big company in Nanjing. He is good at thinking and diligent in thinking. In his life, he always seeks a kind of Zen in life and competes with this noisy world in a detached way. He seems a little cynical, but at the same time he can't bear to be overwhelmed by the turbidity of poetry. Because of this, he opened a new world that belongs only to his heart with his unique new Zen poems. Not many people can understand him, and he seems a little lonely. Fortunately, however, Wang Xinli, a Nanjing novelist like a bosom friend, appreciated his talent and wisdom very much, and wrote an incisive review of his newly published poetry collection last year, Reading Zen Poems in Summer Afternoon. Wang Xinli said: "Ramo's new Zen poem is a poem of one scene." Enlightenment is: the "reverse" in "shun" gains from the loss, gains from the loss, moves in silence, and moves in silence. As a result, the "realm" becomes distant and ethereal. The "emptiness" and "nothingness" in Zen and the "truth" and "reality" in poetry are the most difficult to grasp in "New Zen Poetry". This is almost natural in Remo's short poems. See the big from the small, see the wisdom from the simplicity, the simplicity of the text and the truth of the picture, so that readers can see, hear and feel the front behind the poem. "

Jiang Xue is like an elegant scholar from the south of the Yangtze River who shakes his fan in a costume drama. He exudes an irresistible bookish atmosphere, and his poems also exude a strong petty bourgeoisie. His poems were so elegant and romantic 20 years ago, but the style of his poems remains the same 20 years later. The only difference is that his poetic skills are more skillful and his language is more flexible. He hid in the university campus and wrote silently, but he didn't write many works in the past two years. I always said that he was a little lazy, and he always promised to write more, but he never changed. But every time he writes songs, they are decent and rarely "wasted". When I read his poems, I feel like chewing betel nut. The more I chew, the better it tastes. I once wrote a book review for his newly published poetry collection Times Square. I said, "In most of his newly published poetry collection Times Square, I saw a consistent style from beginning to end, with subtle, melancholy, lonely and gentle narrative, which reflected the author's unique and depressed personality. Jiang Xue's poems have always left me with a unique atmosphere. As long as you accidentally read the first sentence, you can't help but walk down the nostalgic ladder he provided you and get entangled in a forbearing mood. This is different from the mainstream writing of contemporary poetry, but in a dazzling array of so-called fashion poems, like a simple cotton cheongsam, it is not easy to be found, but it can fade with time and remain elegant. Even after 30 years, these poems are still worth reading. "

Limited by the length of the article, I won't go into details about other Nanjing poets, all of whom are outstanding. By the way, most of the Nanjing poets mentioned in this article were born in the 1960s and started writing in the mid-1980s or early 1990s. Experienced the great 80' s when poetry flourished, as well as the fanaticism and confusion of poetry in youth, and later the reflection on the pain of poetry. Returnees who gave up poetry for some reason in the 1990s and returned from the online poetry circle after 2000. Nowadays, they have all entered the ranks of middle age and have rich social and emotional experiences. They are not the man of the hour in the poetry circle. Some people are not well-known in the online poetry circle, but they have considerable writing strength. Their lonely words come from the purest voice of the soul. Compared with the past, their works are more mature, full of charm, showing a sense of vicissitudes, and at the same time incorporating the thinking of poetry life and life value.

Judging from the young and middle-aged poets and their works I have come into contact with, I feel that they are more in line with the gentle character and slow pace, relatively conservative (traditional) and steady development of Nanjing, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties. There is a unique laziness and leisure of talented women in Jiangnan, as well as elegance, calmness and intellectuality. Their sense of smell is not keen, and they are slow to respond to various trends and events in poetry. They seldom participate in all kinds of arguments and disputes, but concentrate more on their personal writing and keep their distance from the outside world. There are many such poets.

Therefore, it is difficult for Nanjing, like other cities with active cultures, to form a lively situation in which poets gather together. Start a genre, find a few trumpeters, pull a group of people, and take the mountain as the king. Nanjing poets gave me the impression and feeling that the still water is deep, just like there is old good wine at home, but I don't know how to raise my voice and shout loudly, but the wine ends up in an alley. In addition, due to the conservative and quiet personality of the city of Nanjing, poets have formed a dispersed state, basically writing quietly, and few of them walk with each other. Compared with the active and capable poets in Beijing, Xi, Sichuan, Zhejiang and Anhui, Nanjing poets are more like ascetic monks confined in monasteries. But looking at this problem from another angle is just more conducive to quiet writing in troubled times.
