Certificates of the above grades are valid within two years of giving preferential points, that is, the second and third grades (grades 8 to 9 in the compulsory education stage, that is, from July 20 1 year to June 5/201year, the same below). The above award-winning certificate is valid for two years when the preferential bonus is added, that is, the second and third grades are valid. The certificate must be stamped with the seal of the corresponding government or education administrative department.
